This hotel is a 3 stars hotel. Their tv channel note good and various channel. No electric cattle and coffee or tea complimentary inside room. Consost of 2 building, old and new one. We are experiencing a not really good room in the old building and comoliment us to switch and upgrade the room. Their toileteries are so standard although a 3 stars hotel. So overall this hotel is clean and average but need to be increased and develop more. Thank you

A quiet standard business hotel

the hotel's location is on the main street of Jember and just across the new Lippo Mall! we Stayed here on Idul Fitri and there were two big mosque near by. this hotel was fully booked, couldn't even extend a day. :(
Entering the lobby, checkin was easy, staff were nice.
our room was at the back so they told us to park the car at the back part of the hotel which turned out that we could park just right in front of our room! very convinient. they may not have alot of rooms, but for this price, this is very reasonable ( clean , big space room, amenities ) . Take in mind that there is no refrigerator in the room ( maybe in higher type ) and also no kettle for making hot water.
Hotel restaurant (lunch and dinner) was tasty and with a reasonable price to . 25K -35K.
Breakfast (6-10am) wasn't the best. being there at 8am, there's not more left to eat :( even water we needed to ask for more.
what was a little weird or annoying was that cleaning service ( training/ new employees ) although nice, they sometimes were sitting on our porch (when we got back from going out) and sometimes they were goofing around at the parking lot . 

Very Nice!

Order superior room. The room was clean. Nice bathroom, can be nicer if they provide more amenities. 
The breakfast was too simple but you can buy from their restaurant, very cheap and very tasty. Everything i ordered came out delicious. 

Satisfied customer

When a friend first recommended this Hotel, and came to see it, I wasn't sure that I would stay there, more because I brought a foreign talent for a show in Jember that time, but, my friend kept telling me that this hotel was worth to try, so I tried it, and actually I feel glad an still it is a good memory staying in this hotel, the room was clean, the ambience of the hotel was nice, we got a small backyard each room, and especially the food, really great, u can compare the foods (especially the chinese menus) to a 4 star hotel restaurants or so....

Overall, great stay in GM253, and when I got a job or something again in Jember, I would strongly reconcider to stay here again :)

a Nice Hotel

Pros: food's nice and tasty though they kinda served very similar dishes every day, 

wifi is pretty fast yet unstable, 

good pricing, 

spacious room with a view (deluxe),

bed and pillows are very comfortable. 

Cons: cleanliness in room and breakfast area was awful; ants, flies.. And don't put any unwrapped food within the room if don't wish to attract more ants. 

Amenities is sub par especially the toothbrush. 

Hotel rooms are supposed to be a non smoking area but somehow I can easily smell the smoke from my bathroom. 

No eggs, milk or cereal. Eggs are charged. 

Complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar were never refilled completely. They either don't give you sugar or they don't give you tea.

No elevator thus bringing large bags is quite a task. Non wheelchair friendly too.
