Stayed at Dee for three weeks without any problems whatsoever. Onang and the rest of the staff are sooo helpful and kind, they would do anything to make your stay as good as possible. One night they made dinner for all of the guests, and we ate together like a big family. I can gladly say that I've met really good friends at this place and I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Lombok, which will hopefully be in the near future! Thanks for everything :)

Felt like a 2nd home!!

We were there for one night. Staff is very friendly and helpful, good security. cute garden. Room is really smelly and mouldy  cause bathroom has an open deck. 
15 minutes walk to the restaurant and bar street. 

Cheap and easy

The staff were very helpful and friendly the room was basic and not the comfiest bed, AC worked very well. We needed an extra breakfast for someone which was very cheap and breakfast was very good. Was slightly further out that we would have liked but still walkable distance to the beach just not good at night for females to walk like us. 

You get what you pay for 

When we arrived at Dee, our room was not ready, so no problem, we went to the beach. When we came back, we saw that the problem was a double booking. owner not able to solve the problem, so after waiting two hours a solution we decide to left.. booking managent could be improved

Wrong management of our booking

Ac not working, wifi slow, far from centre and shopping facilities,  no TV and fridge, rude owner, loud = no sleep/rest, awful smelling room, bed sheets come of easily hence lying on the bed without, no service whatsoever, free tea comes in dirty mugs, advice about beaches was incorrect and misleading
