This has a very convenient location by the ferry and also many restaurants and dive shops close by. Our room was large and clean. The bathtub could use a good scrubbing but other wise it was fine. The pool is very nice with a waterfall. Staff were good and the breakfast was delicious. 

Excellent location and very nice hotel.

Quiet hotel at the end of the town set back in lovely gardens.
Room was fresh looking and bathroom huge with shower.
Upstairs room so we had a large balcony at the end overlooking the pool.
Told when we checked in that the TV was not connected (not an issue for us) and that the WiFi only worked in the reception/restaurant area (which was again not an issue as the place is small, so not far to walk from your room).
Breakfast was simple but adequate and the Pineapple Pancakes delicious!
Pool was great with a few loungers, as there are also x2 beaches nearby.
Blue Lagoon is just up the hill on the left and a short walk. Has a good cafe where we ate a couple of times and lots of sun loungers. 
The snorkelling is fabulous by the rocks on the left and round the corner....saw Parrotfish,Jackfish, Angel fish, Lobster sat in the rocks, Moray eel, Starfish and lots of beautiful corals.... really was a WOW!!!
We didn't get to the other beach but is sandy called White Beach I believe.
Lots of restaurants in town but there is an amazing fish restaurant overlooking the sea which does really fresh fish on a BBQ.... simple wooden tables but very tasty food and its very cheap for what you get. Right of the main square as you look at the sea.
Really recommend staying for a few days before you catch the boat to the Gilli Islands! Very good value for money.

Great Place with Lovely Pool and Handy for Blue Lagoon.

I and my son stayed 1 day in this resort before going Gili islands. The resort's price was good, but the facility was old. Some insect corpse was in the room, and the Wifi was not good because our room was a little apart from main desk. But the staff was very kind and had good smile. There was proper for its price, I think.

As we were scammed at another place we decided to stay here.
It didnt kost much and we got what we paid for. No thrills place with a good location. Breakfast was simple but sufficiant. Rooms cleaned daily.

Fair Deal

We stayed for a night in beji bay resort. The location is really convenient, 5 minutes walk to the centre and has got nice garden and swimming pool.

But It wasn’t a nice experience.
The receptionist informed us that the wifi was only working in public areas and not in the room. The tv (not a flat screen as advertised) did not work (not even switches on) and when I asked receptionist about it, she just said it didn’t work. 
They don’t offer a buffet breakfast (as you can see in one of the pictures in booking.com).
Very disappointing experience for the price you pay. 



Disappointed experience 

We arrived very late in Padangbai and even though we had no booking in advance, we got a really nice room and Beji Bay Resort. 
The room was very big, air conditioned with hot water and very clean.
Also, it had a pool.
The staff was nice, they have a super quick laundry service and can arrange a cheap taxi service, upon request.
The breakfast was nice, they have a good offer with fresh fruits, pancakes etc. We were really happy with everything. 

We had a good stay

It was okay for budget accommodation. Not particularly clean, drain in shower was blocked and TV did not work. Windows were taped shut so only fresh air option was to leave  door open. Overall it was what was to be expected for price. Only one night as we were just stopping over on route to Gili. Breakfast was simple and not particularly fresh. Pool area looked nice but we didn't use. Good overall for cheap price. 

Budget accommodation good for 1 night on way to Gili 

The pool is just great after a day at hidden beach. The bed is comfortable and so is the shower. Breakfast is very poor, I would suggest Topi in for a healthy breakfast. Not all rooms have WiFi, so if you go there make sure you get a room with WiFi, if you find that important. 

Great pool, poor breakfast 

We stayed for 4 weeks. The room we had needs renovation and the bathroom wasn't great.Saying that we enjoyed our stay. The air con was efficient and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. They cleaned the room every day. We are divers so went to breakfast at 7 am most days. The menu is good and the food tasty. As we ate the staff were already sweeping the gardens and cleaning the pool.The staff were lovely and did all they could to make our stay comfortable. It may not be up to european standards but this is Bali and we had a wonderful stay at a very reasonable price. The Beji has new management and are already making repairs. It will improve and we will go back.

Good choice

The location, the pool and the staff are nice. That's pretty much it. All the hotel rooms and facilities need to have renovation. It could look good but it seems to miss a touch up since a while. Not that clean and need some furniture to put clothes and everything. Compared to what I've booked in Bali, this hotel is not a good value for the quality.
