It is a hotel that is more to the Resort. I was informed that this is their second hotel in Kediri and is considered as a branch so that management focuses more to its first hotel, including the General Manager is also located in that hotel instead of this hotel.

Physically, this property is good, as well as the employees, are friendly, but pity the attention of management has been minimal just like a stepchild.

As the property is large enough and splendidly, unfortunately, many things are not prepared accordingly, which by itself downgrade this hotel.  

When come to F&B is incomplete, which is inconvenient. Breakfast prepared without choices (No Menu) and were typical local cuisine. no toast, no scramble eggs, no orange juice and no creamer. By the way, the only meal served is breakfast.

Room conditions can be better including the bathroom. Very good that they provide exhaust in the bedroom and with a strong air circulation that make the room feel fresh. Clothes hangers in the wardrobe were not prepared properly, what they have been something that is more to the household, not a hotel.  There is no peephole and door chain lock; this is something that is compulsory when comes to safety during sleeping.

The bathroom door has no door hanger, and the lights are very dim. It seems like they prepared it for honeymooners. No heating light, and no proper electric socket. Water pressure is below standard, and hot water is a more as a warm water instead hot.  Towels conditions are good, clean, soft with proper fragrant. Forget about International Standard “Sanitation & Hygiene.” for the bathroom that does not exist at this hotel.
 
There's a space for minibar but no mini bar. No hot water kettle. No cable TV and the worst thing were several local channels not clear just fill with thousands of ants.  The ceiling in the room is high enough, but condition wise needing attention immediately as you can see very clear once you are in bed.

Back of the house area at the very end of the property are not in good condition, filthy.

All rooms more like a small villa where you can park your car right next to your room. They have twenty-four of the villas that divided into three wings, middle, left and right.
It seems like they focus more on the middle wing as the left and right wings facing the property border wall. 

They provided “Hotel Regulation” that need to be aware by every  inhouse guest, and the good thing they provide complimentary Oxygen water not mineral water.

Lobby area very uncomfortable and the air conditioner turned on when there are guests, otherwise not. By the way Wifi only in the lobby.

It is a great property and seems like momentarily the hotel is considered as the last option in Kediri to find a hotel. I am confident that this hotel can be a Cash flow once the management realized and treated this hotel otherwise, and for sure can attract more Family market segments especially those coming with a personal transportation.
