Stayed at this lovely little hotel recently. The gardens are lovely and rooms clean. Breakfast is basic but good, it's all I needed. Very convenient location and a few great restaurants and Warungs nearby. Planning again for next year. I went solo and found it very friendly. Staff are lovely.

Little Gem

excellent value for money if you don't require 5 star Bali  accommodation. very deluxe rooms, very friendly staff and close to beach & great money value warungs etc. This was a first time stay at Lusa and would stay again.

good value for money

we stayed here in August 2019, what a lovely friendly place to stay, we had a unit around the pool area, which was just fantastic, rooms recently renovated so very clean, these units have a lovely sized verandah so makes sitting out side enjoying the beautiful day a very pleasant experience, the staff are all very friendly and nothing is a problem. met some other lovely aussies around the pool, all very friendly, so close to get to the beach and some very nice cafes outside in the street.
would recommend staying here for good old traditional Bali style and service.
Ps: we just walked in off the street and they went out there way to get us booked into a room, thank you so much to the beautiful staff at The Hotel Lusa.

hotel going thru renovation but stay was great, recommend request renovated room ,they are nice.and request additional blanket, it was like we were the only ones in the pool.. breakfast was to order, simple but ok,good location not far from beach.would stay here again.

Take friend to explore Bali

Nice stay . Near to Beach. Swimming pool is good and we enjoyed our stay. Clean room. WiFi works well. Garden is also nice. Welcoming staff. They can improve breakfast by adding more quantities items.

Since it became really hard to find one of the old and nice places with the traditional Bali style rooms in the Kuta area, Hotel Lusa is like an island of peace in the mess of much too busy Kuta with all these new expensive and ugly wanna-be-fancy hotels.

The rooms are big and clean, the terraces also nice and spacious, there are beautiful flowers and trees with birds, bats and squirrels around the bungalows.

The pool is nice (but maybe needs some renovation), you can easily park your car or motorbike and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is perfect, the breakfast is OK and you walk just 3 minutes to the beach. Outside the hotel is a bus that serves Italian espresso, a small supermarket and a bottle shop for alcoholic beverages is just opposite.

One of the last old beautiful hotels in Kuta

We always come back to this hotel. The location very good, 5 minute walk to the kuta beach, close to all restaurant and close to beachwalk shopping centre. The room little bit old but it always cleaning. Breakfast simple but not bad at all. And the price are really good with the location. The different between last year year is the internet already good, you can reach wifi in your room ;) We will always comeback to this hotel.

Come back again and finally the internet good

Get a room with ac (cost 350000) we went to one of the rooms without, wich only had a fan (200000 idr) we slept there 1 night and saw how moldy it was the day after, which made us change to a room with ac (pushed them down to 300000 cause of the conditions of ours) breakfast is so poor, and will only feed a Child. Only good thing is the wifi is strong, and the pool is nice
