Really clean and cheap! The staff is nice and helpful!
But the neighbor has a rooster.. Which off course has nothing to do with the hotel but it's nice to know before you book. It will wake u up! 
Also they really pushed me to buy some really expensive tickets to Gili. I only wanted to boy one way but they told me it was impossible to buy tickets at Gili and that it would be more expensive. Hugh lie! 

Great hotel

The guest house is good..near from many place in bali..you can reach souvenir store from there only 10 minutes and you can rent motorcycle or car from there. If u want to order taxi u can ask the receptionist to order it. The price is so cheap..

Backpacker

Clean hotel,housekeeping cleans very well every day ,helpful hotel staff,good location if u have a car or bike,very close to the heart of Kuta,restaurants,shops,money exchangers.Rooms have nice balcony.bathroom is not very good but has all the basic needs,has good shower with hot water.

Good

The air conditioner was very loud & only kept the room warm. Which is better than the stifling humid heat of the outdoors. The shower faucet gets so hot that it will scald you if have the misfortune to touch it while showering. They will call for a car to take you to the airport for a fee & if you don't mind waiting forever. The positive thing about this hotel is that is located near some good local warungs. We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Bali & this is the only one that I would not do so again.

Not worth it...

very poor furnishings. no wash basin, no fridge, no bedside table or lamp, not even a bin in our room! When I explained this was sub-standard and didn't meet the crteria of the advert they explained it by saying "if none of these things are specifically ticked in the room description, you don't get it". They then said I could only get these things by paying for a room upgrade. I felt this to be disgusting behaviour. I told them very politely with a kind smile that I would like at least a washbasin and a bin or I would leave, she shrugged and then walked off and left me waiting at the desk to see to another task before returning a few minutes later and repeating that I need to upgrade. A guy then came over and explained the same thing. 

We left the next day even though we had paid in advance for 6 days simply out of principle. They would not give a refund as I "should make sure I read the advert properly next time". 

Very poor wifi - signal so poor we couldn't access from the room on any of the iphone, samsung or laptop and had to stand in the corridoor and even then even simple webpages were slow to load or at times not working.

Furthermore, the "bathroom" was a small tiled room woth a hand held shower in the opposite corner of a small drain behind the toilet with no dividing wall or curtain meaning every shower rendered the bathroom  a paddling pool for several hours.

Finally even thought the location was ok, once you step out of the hotel grounds you are directly onto a manic traffic road with no pavement so can only leave on foot by being very careful and patient. 

Overall it's not bad for a very cheap 1 or 2 night stopover for a young adventurer but for u this was a stressful place to start our holiday and we both now wish we would have spent a couple mpre dollars per night and stayed somewhere else. Just be very careful not to expect anything without being strictly told you're getting it.

very misleading

For its price it is the best option for accommodation in Kuta. We had a room with a balcony, shower and toilet, with a comfortable double bed, cleanliness at the level, hot water around the clock. The location is also perfect. Close to the Discovery and a street with restaurants. The airport is a 10-minute drive, the nearest Kuta beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away.

It's a good hotel for the economy.

It's a nice staff, clean room, bright and spacious, the view of the building, of course, but if you don't think that's a big deal, you'll have a great time in this wonderful place.

It's a great hotel for your money.

We're happy to finally have an adequate balcony))) It's a long way from the center of Kuta.
