Paradise! We loved our stay from the minute we arrived. The attention to detail from Kate and the team is amazing. Highlights were snorkelling on the coral reef, canoeing round the island, the delicious food, sunsets on the beach and just chilling!

Paradise

Angel Island Resort is situated on Angel(Bidadari)Island  30 minutes slow boat drive from Flores(Labuan Bajo).
The island is not small(15 hectares),but uninhabited with Angel Island Resort only  
There are 3 beaches :public where visitors from Flores and other places can arrive,and private south beach with  quiet water,almost no waves and great snorkeling and swimming Thera are sunbeds.Third,west beach ,is famous for great sunsets.
There are 10 cottages  along south beach(about 50 m to seaside)with bedroom and comfortable king size bed,bathroom with outside shower(one totally outside,the second partially) and patio with sunbeds 
Food consists of 3 meals served ala carte .It is very tasty and high quality.
Staff(only men) very polite,nice and attentive.Kate the owner manages everything exellent.
Almost no mosquitoes on the island(in August).Staff fumigates the island time to time and burns candles each evening.
In summary great resort for sunbathing,snorkeling and swimming lovers.

Angel Island

Our stay at this resort was an absolute dream, so much so that we extended our stay. Nestled on a perfect island with crystal-clear waters and coral reefs teeming with fish, the main beach offered an underwater paradise. We were thrilled to encounter a turtle while snorkeling, adding a magical touch to our trip. The food was exceptional, offering a delightful array of local and international dishes. The little touches, like freshly baked cake each afternoon, evening turndown service, and chocolates on the pillows, made our stay even more special. Watching the sunrise and sunset from different sides of the island brought a profound sense of tranquility. One evening, we witnessed a convocation of eagles on the beach, an unforgettable sight. The staff went above and beyond, providing impeccable service with a genuine smile. The owner’s hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome; her impressive knowledge of the area led to an unforgettable boat trip to Komodo, Pink Beach, Manta Point, and Taka Makassar. Every detail of our stay was crafted for the ultimate experience. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Paradise Getaway that cannot be missed

This is a wonderful experience.  The island is close to Labuan Bajo to be convenient but far enough to escape.  The resort is great - the rooms are lovely and spacious.  The restaurant food is excellent.  The staff are very helpful.  And of course there is the stunning beach and snorkelling.   Also kayaks to paddle round the island.

My wife and I stayed at Angel Island for 4 nights. The setting is astonishingly beautiful. The private reef right off the beach was an incredible place to snorkel for the first time. Kate and her entire staff could not have been more accommodating and lovely. We dream of coming back here, and to Flores, in the future!

An idyllic 4 nights

Fantastic 4 nights ♥️ location is pristine, secluded, small, private with grand cabine. The food is absolutely delicious and the beach and corals are beautiful and preserved. The team is so great, I would recommande 100 % this choice. I’m a diver, the have a great company that comes to pick you up in this insane national park. 

Loved it ! Deserve more starts ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Angel island. The villas are spacious and private, tucked away in the hibiscus gardens, the food is great and the staff wonderful. We loved the evening "turndown" and afternoon tea brought to guests on the sun lounges on the beach. The beaches are lovely and the reef is fantastic; so nice to see healthy coral with good diversity of both coral and other animals. We stayed 4 nights but wished we could have stayed longer, Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much Kate and all of the wonderful staff.

It was such a great stay and treasure of a resort. The staff are warm hearted, super hospitable, and very helpful & kind. Rooms are well maintained, very spacious and clean. Food was flavourful and tasteful; there's a great variety of options that will never keep you bored for both meat eaters & vegetarians/vegans. The reef off the resort is amazing and well preserved with a variety of sealife and colors. We also viewed sunsets from other parts of the island which were beautiful. We had tours arranged and were never bored. Thanks for such a great stay and all the help. 

Wonderful stay 

It feels just like being in paradise. The sea is crystal clear, the marine life astounding (turtles, dolphins, reef sharks, lobsters, huge variety of fish), the beach pristine, the rooms luxurious, the food excellent, and the staff very, very caring. You should spend at least three nights here.
