We stayed there 1 night. The location is good, not too noisy. They have rooms with fan or aircon, and you can choose from western or indonesian toilets if you mind. 
200k with fan and 300k with aircon. Cheap, clean. Breakfast included but its just toasts with butter, ceres (chocolate) and tea or coffee. Nice option for Labuan Bajo !

Cheap place

The hotel is simple and old, they have few option which is bunker bed, room with fan or air conditioner and room with toilet or without. 

Breakfast was surprised us - only bread and tea or coffee. 

No hot water.

Simple Room Simple Breakfast

Like Labuan Bajo and the Komodo Island this hotel is overrated/rip-off. The price was 300k for a night  for 2 persons and you get a very poor stay, while in Bali for 250k you will get a modern clean and comfortable room. Then the hotel, if you can call it that way. It is a building block with 2 floors, with a main hall, from which you can see the groundfloor. All sounds are resonating in this hall. All is a bit dodgy and not cleanish. A local man was watching very loud television in the hall over night. I had to ask the staff to switch the TV off. People are also smoking this main hall. The smoke entered our room via the aircosystem. The rooms contain just a bed and a toilet. You practically shower with the toilet. You stand next to toilet when you shower but there is no place for a real shower. The bed contains one thin sheet and it gets cold with airco. The sheet is too small for two people. They say they have breakfast but it is the worst I have seen: coffee powder, and white bread with some jam. All was not taken care of, insects were walking around. I am not exaggerating. Other guests were also complaining about the state of this 'hotel'. Then there are kids at the front desk. Do they not have to go to school? There is no adult taking care of this place. As said before, the state of the hotel has everything to do that Labuan Bajo is overrated and just begins to receive tourists. Tourists are seen as goldmines and the prices are excessive. You will be constantly ripped-off your money and there is no decent price-quality imagination. Our stay was not comfortable in the hotel. I will write more about Labuan Bajo itself in that specific topic. The issue is that you will not find good other alternatives in this price category, which has to do with the fact that the city is just getting to know tourism and tourists only come for the Komodo Islands and leave. 
The only positive thing was that they arranged a taxi to the airport.

Poor stay

I stay in Siola for 5 nights for work purpose. My colleague chose this homestay turn to be nightmare. Even though price quite cheap but believe me you better find another place. My room is Deluxe Double bed with Aircon, first time I entered the room have very bed smelled of humid and damp. Turn out there were big damp and moldy in bathroom wall. 
- Bed sheet looks haven't been wash (it's suppose to be white now turn to light brown color). 
- There were many cob web in the room. 
- Towel provided was smell very bad (like haven't been wash)
- Wall turn to be yellow and brown color
Overall it was worst experience for me, if the owner said it is accommodation it is truly a disgrace, 

Worst accommodation I have stay

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after viewing photos which didnt fully show what i was entering into.The internet wasnt working and my wife requested it be attended to as its part of what we paid for only to be told the supervisor is having an afternoon nap.
This hotel is suitable for those who dont have issue with the following.
1.Other guests/outside your room talking/smoking all night keeping you awake.
2.Toilet is not functional/doesnt flush.
3.Blocked bathroom drain,resulting in flooded bathroom..
4.Airconditioner broke down,wasnt able to be fixed,likely due to lack of maintenance.
5.Breakfast,insufficient plates,butter has flies due to poor hygiene practices.
6.No milk for coffee.
7.Two guests booked for the room however only one towel provided and no 
  soap/toiletries provided.
8.Blankets appear very old and worn,require replacement.
9.Vermin infestation (ants) in room.
10.Receptionist was slow in addressing issues raised,likely could benefit with some  
    customer service training.
With all these issues highlighted i feel like i paid too much for the misery of staying here.

Hotel Needs To Learn The Meaning Of  Professional

The room sucks, the only window they have is going into the hotel hallway. The toilet was not working. The air in the room was really bad. My boyfriend woke up in the middle of the night because somebody tried to climb into our hotel room through the window. I’m sure the person wanted to rob us. We think it was the night guard (we saw his tshirt). We talked to the lady at the reception the next day. She wasn’t even interested in what we’re saying so we changed the hotel. Don’t go there!!!!

We got this very cheap and we were glad we didnt stayed there more than 1 night. Its placed to the center, but the room was very hot and had no windows. The toilet didnt work and some locals sat on the hallway all day playing music.. it looked like an old prison. So you get what you pay for, maybe a little less

I don't know why they have a beach picture as their profile.  They are nowhere near the beach.

The hotel is built like a prison wing and seems more suited to the poorer members of the ship crew from the local docks, to spend their night on land.

Not suitable for tourists unless you are a really low budget traveller, even then, there are better places for the same price.  Do yourself a favour and walk up the main street checking out the other options.
