I was in this facility for over 20 days, first in the dorm room, then in the room and then back in the dorm room. When I arrived for two or three days I had trouble with the internet in the dorm room and I went several times to ask for information from the reception desk that told me about momentary problems. On the third day without the internet, I found out instead that they were well aware that in bed the wifi was not working and when I complained about the fact that wifi was a service included in my booking, the girl from the reception desk repeatedly postponed me saying NEL SORM PAGAVO POTCO AND I CHEIND I CANNOT LAMBARM THE FACT OF THE FACT that I didn't work WIFI, as they gave up to tell me that I was a customer of the reception desk that I couldn't exactly get what was available in the prescription desk! Very pretty structure but rude reception girl

Ideal when you've just completed a 6-hour flight. Hotel off the main road that runs along the sea. Typical Indonesian building with no flowers, but just the essentials.

Good foot on the ground!

A true little paradise hidden in an oasis of freshness, beautiful gardens, beautiful swimming pool, lovely staff and good restaurant on site, good choice of breakfast, just a little bit away from the beach, we will return without hesitation.

A little secret garden

An absolute little hidden gem. Staff give you privacy,  yet are on hand for anything you may need. There was a mix up with my airport pickup,  so they paid for my driver when I arranged my own. Rooms are spacious. Old but clean. Pool lovely. The hotel seemed quite full but still very quiet. I only booked two nights here but extended our stay as we enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend. The only downside is the internet is quite bad. Only $50 a night including breakfast,  you wouldn't find this standard anywhere else for this price. 

Hidden Gem 

My family and I stayed here from Dec. 28th till Jan.3rd. This hotel has been the worst thanks to their terrible staff. 
1. When we arrived they didn’t have our rooms ready it was 4pm! We were 6 people and had booked 2 deluxe rooms. 
2. We had to sleep WITHOUT BEDSHEETS for a night! 6 people with no bedsheets when we asked them for some the staff pretty much said just deal with it! The next day we had to pretty much beg the staff to give us sheets and the once we got the next day were dirty! 
3. Their employee named Tony or Tomi was extremely rude. As a person who travels a lot and has stayed in 4 hotels in Bali I’ve never encountered a hotel staff that rude before. When we told him that our beds don’t have bedsheets he said just sleep without them. When we asked him to change the given sheets the next day cause they were dirty he said that we were the ones who dirtied them and kept arguing with us. (See pic) He also told us multiple times if we want bedsheets we should go and sleep in a different hotel!  We would have if the other hotels weren’t fully booked. 
4. Our rooms weren’t cleaned at all. They only made the beds and that’s it even after we asked them to clean the rooms because there was dust and trash lying around from the previous guests they didn’t. (Pic) 
5. The soap and sanitary items were moldy and just disgusting. (Pic) so were the bathrooms. We asked them to give us new ones but they never did it was in our room for the 6 days we had stayed. 

Don’t stay here just pay an extra 100 and find a better hotel! 

Stay away from this hotel! 

Very friendly staff, good breakfast taken at the Balcony restaurant which is in the uns enclosure. 200m from the beach on foot and close to the surrounding warungs. Average size pool but lacking trays. But it didn't bother us; we left the day, we bathed in the evening. Capricious WiFi. No fridge, no mosquito but a strong tray. Bathroom accessories could be changed because they are really worn; mirror, sink, trash and disposable toilet)

It's a nice hotel.

So first of all, I want to make it clear that I am a backpacker and have visited many hotels, hostels and guesthouses! However, I have never had an accommodation like this before. It is dirty (flight net, bed linen, pillow prints from the previous guest and the shower/bathroom completely to be silent...)! And as previously described here by other guests, it is in no way an oasis...it is noisy! Clearly Kuta IS noisy, but an oasis is not and it will never be. If you have the possibility to book something else for this price! then my money has gone bad for everything including my credit card and cash.

Not again in this life...

If you are looking for a modern place, this is not for you. If you are looking for a nice, cozy and “Bali like” place to stay with all the amenities, this is for you. It is walking distance from the beach and from the busy action. The garden is amazing and well kept, the AC and Wi-Fi working perfectly. The breakfast was awesome and quite delicious. We used the laundry service and were very happy. Staff was very friendly. 

Really cool and “Bali like”

Stayed in bungalow. In general the location is great and nice garden area. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Bungalow was very dated. Bathroom smelt at times. I assume sewer smell was coming up from shower drain. Kids got hammered by mozzies/midges in beds downstairs. For the price i was very disappointed. I think standard rooms are ok and better value, but i believe prices have gone up a fair bit for all rooms. Breakfast was average. 

Old and dated

We flew with my wife to the island of Bali to see the beauty of its nature, to feel the unique culture, to understand what the perfect location of Bali is like, say, Phuket, Ko Ko Ko Ko... In Kuta living for these purposes was stupid. At Kuta we spent exactly 2 days: the day of arrival and departure. I really wanted to choose an inexpensive hotel in Bali style!!! (the modern box didn't want at all), with a great location regarding the beach and the nightlife, and to understand what the best location is like.
