Lets start from the beginning, My husband booked 3 villas for just one night. He booked two 3-bedroom villa and one 5-bedroom villa. We wanted to have our annual family gathering here. My husband booked by phone, on the phone the reservation staff asked us to bank transfer the down payment, they would sent us the detail through SMS. We were waiting for exactly two days before we decided to call to ask about our booking. "I am sorry I forget" that was the answer when we asked them about the SMS. 
We were checked in at 4 pm, we were already tired after spending time in Bandung. So we went straight to the villa and get some rest. We were planning to enjoy the hotel's facilities in the morning.
It was about at 3 am, my dad knocked our room and told us there was no water coming out from the faucet. We checked every room and not a single drop coming out from the tap. My husband tried to called every number associated to the hotel (no phone inside the villa), no one picks up. We tried so many times until one of the mobile phone of the person responsible for our booking picked up. "I will send you the number you can contact about this". The new number never pick up our call. It was at 4 am when we decided to go to the lobby (The distance between lobby and villa about 150-200 meters). No one at the lobby, it was pitch dark and locked. Ho ray!!!
There was security guard in the post. When we asked him about the water he said "The owner shut it down at night and will turn it on in the morning".  When asked him when the owner will turn it on, he said "I do not know". But when other person from my family asked him the same question, the answer were always different. "Few nights ago, there are groups of people who are angry to me because of the water too" "Bandung is in Drought, there are no water", "the water is not coming up yet", "The pump is broken"... It was very funny because there was water from faucet in the pool near the lobby and in the garden at the back of the hotel. Some of us brought our bucket and took the water from this faucet, some of us went to nearest mosque. This problem was not resolved until we checked out and no one from the hotel management as for our apology or even explain what the heck is going on!!! At 7 am some people from the hotel offered us some water, on bucket per room. One fricking bucket per room!!!!
Oh by the way no ATV cars, no milking cow, and no horse ranch. The kids playground and the flying fox was dirty and in need of frequent maintenance. the pool was dirty, unkempt, and unsanitary. 
So we decided to continue our trip early and decided to went to nearest hot spring. Some of my family members asked me to asked for the hotel management accountability but I was too angry to even talk to them!!!!
Definitely, the worst experience I had. I stayed at cheaper hotel before never in my life I was deprived from basic necessity in a hotel. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Don't get fool by the ad!! run and look for other hotel!!!

Terrible is too good for this hotel, feels like we were unwelcome guest

This is the best place if you're coming with large group.
Children would love to stay at this place. They have all the facility like fishing pool, ATV cars, flying fox , milking cow activity and even a horse ranch! (suit with their tagline "No 1 World Ranch) 
The owner really know what kind of customer they're looking for.
With cheap price (IDR.200.000 per pax) including 3 times a meal, it is really a good bargain.
Especially for summer camp.
Though the entrance way is a little narrow but no worry turn out to be perfect for a 59 seats bus.
Don't forget to book the Rose house 1 &. You'll feel like a real cowboy.Yihauww!
