We stayed at Mainski for 5 nights while travelling between Bali mainland and Lombok. Sandy the owner is a generous women who cannot help you to enjoy your stay more.She helped us with transfers and ferry tickets plus  giving advice only a local could give.
Rooms are more than adequate considering price,but be aware, no hot running water in bathrooms.No biggy as the climate is warm,but a hot shower is a hot shower.LOL.
The staff are friendly and speak reasonable english,always quick with a smile or a joke.
Lacerations and Shipwrecks surf breaks are at your door(approx 800 metre paddle out or catch a ride with a local fisherman out for approx $3.00 AUD).Playgrounds surf break(better for kids and inexpierienced) is approx 1 km up the beach(get a ride with a local out)but can be filled with alot of learner surfers so be careful of lost boards and people not knowing surf ettiquette. Chennigans is another great point break about 20-30 minutes ride away.Big,heavy left hand point break with a jumping platform.
We were lucky enough to have 2 talented Javanese boys play guitars at the beach bar for 3 of the 5 nights there-they were brilliant!Made the evening Bintangs taste better!

Awesome spot for the budget conscience.

We just happened to come up on Mainskii while looking for a room. Sandy the owner was amazing! She treated us as friends the moment we met her. She brought us to a few local parties and showed us an amazing time. The rooms are clean and comfortable at a great price. The bar here is fun and has the coldest Bintang on the island and the margaritas are amazing!!

Great place! 

This is our 2nd time over to Lembogan and stay at Mainski. Such a great location with friendly helpful staff. Our rooms were comfortable with air con and clean. Awesome place to stay for such a budget price. Great surf breaks straight out the front with the best sunsets in Lembogan. Thanks again Sandy and staff for going out of your way to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. Can't wait to come back again👍

Location relaxation friendly fun beautiful place.

One point for the location only.... our worst reception in Bali in 3 weeks: all staff are unpleasant, dishonest limit (check their grade before departure and adjust their consumption as they go to avoid trouble).Common areas are completely unprotected, housekeeping in the room has not been done once in a three-night stay.The overlooked pool is very dirty.The breakfast, which is not included, is, like the rest, imminent.However, at the same price but with much higher benefits, a few metres from them,Linda Beach Resort...

To be frank with you, I'd like to avoid... beware of misleading photos.

We were quite disappointed with the services of this hotel despite its good location where one can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The rooms are old, bathroom not very clean. The handling was not done once during our stay and the staff is not very pleasant. Small dej minable - not included in the price of the room already high given the quality of the hotel.

It's very convenient.

We stayed for 4 days. The room is simple, but the price is hard to complain about. Otherwise you have to go to the luxury hotels at 200 USD a night... it's true that cleanliness is not their strength. Otherwise, the positive points: nice location, swimming pool overlooking the sea is absolutely great, the staff is very attentive. We enjoyed this part of our trip (completed with Bali and Gili Trawangan) because the Hindu spirit is really present and the offerings (leaks and flowers) on the small alleys leading to the rooms have a very charming typical side.

Good value for money

If you're looking for a quiet place where the staff is smiling and helpful, this hotel will be perfect for you. The rooms are simple but clean. Just across from the famous shipwreck, this little hotel is a landmark for experienced surfers. The restaurant offers some Asian, Indonesian dishes as well as some burgers. Cocktails are also part of the party with a few of them tasting on a long chair facing the sea by the overflowing pool

Calm and calm

The hotel may seem nice at first from the beach... but it's a stale room and a disgusting bathroom; a bad breakfast; a bad swimming pool.
