Stay in this hotel for several times. All is perfect. Nice room. Clean Rest Room. Variate of breakfast selection. Delicious  food and comfortable atmosphere. Nice and kind staff. Thanks to Pak Syarif, Pak Ralim, Bu Nisa, Pak Reski and others staff that I didn’t mentioned 👍👍

Holiday

Huge and impersonal hotel , but convenient for the airport. Clean and air con rooms,  water machines available. Restaurant impossibly busy at 6pm , but almost closed with no staff by 8!. Room service not possible without a deposit. Rather grimy swimming pool, but useable.

Handy for the airport.

Booked for 3 nights with breakfast. As a person who also working in hospitality industry, I would like to say this hotel is good enough. 

Check-in and check out process were fast, thanks to Mr. Rizky. Special thanks to a man incharge in concierge, who picked us from airport as well, he always offers help and very friendly, I forget to ask his name. 

Breakfast was nice, mostly Indonesian food, the girl who incharge in eggs and waffle station was very helpful and fast even during rush hour. I loved the waffle and porridge condiments are complete. Had dinner that they called "Angkringan" , worth it since not really expensive. Staff approached to ask guest experience during bfast, nice touch for a 4star hotel.

Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in 558. Hotel provide free water bottle and water dispenser in every corridor. Room amenities were completed. Pillow need to be more soften. 

Hotel facilities are well maintained compare to other hotel near by.

Hotel location is the highlight, near Airport and Bus Terminal, good choice for transit. There is KFC outlet in front of hotel.

I definitely will stay again and recommend it to friends.

Let's talk about the rooms. They're comfy, clean, and just the right size. Not too cramped, not too spacious. The amenities are pretty spot on - you've got everything you need without clutter.

But what stands out to me is the staff. They've nailed that balance between being professional and personable. Whether you need help with local recommendations or extra towels, they've got your back. 

The restaurant there? Oh, it's a gem! Local and international dishes, cooked and served to perfection. Breakfast buffets are especially worth waking up early for.

And the location is a plus. It's close enough to the city center, but also far enough so you're not drowning in noise. 

To sum up, I'd say Harper Perintis is like a perfectly brewed cup of coffee - it's comforting, it's reliable, and it's got that little bit of kick you need. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

Your Trendy, Affordable Oasis in the Heart of Makassar

Spacious room, breakfast was excellent. Loved the swimming pool. Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. Great ballroom as well. Easy to access and outside restaurant is nearby if you want to try outside food. Security very helpful, friendly as well as receptionist. Definetely will be the first choice to stay in Makassar. Thank you Harper Perintis! You deseved it..

Very Good Experience

Hotel, nice, clean, modern and comfortable.

Restaurant polar opposite.

Horrid service.  One of maybe 5 guest in restaurant and no service.. had to go find staff after wait 10 min to get more ice tea and same lster fot dessert.  Soup was scrap pieces of meat with tiny piece of bone..almost every bite spit out.

Disgusted.

Provide a good experience and good service, the food served is also delicious, the restaurant is also clean, has friendly staff. There are many ballrooms available and the place is not far from the airport. I got valuable experience thanks to harper hotel makassar

Meeting in harper

hotel harper is a hotel which is far from the city center but the thing this is not a weakness because this harper hotel has advantages in terms of cleanliness, service, management, quality of the hotel itself, has many ballrooms and friendly staff and the food also suits my taste buds.

The service is very good and comfortable, and other aspects such as the cleanliness of the toilets are very well maintained and the experience offered in the hotel is very memorable which is difficult to forget. More over, the presenters are very friendly and kind
