We booked this accommodation because it suited our big family of 9 people. We still have little children so having all the rooms on ground level and no stairs was the main reason. 
The modern villa is spacious and the pool is of a good size. The surroundings are beautiful and from the garden/swimming pool area you have views on a mountain ridge. The lay out of the villa is well over thought. There is a play room for the kids connected to the master bedroom and there is a separate theatre room. The airconditioning work fine in all rooms. 
Every bedroom has its own ensuite and there was also a separate toilet and outside shower in the garden area which was very convenient. The beds were super comfy and there is loads of storage to put your stuff away. The service was friendly and we only had to messaged the manager Uni and things were taken care off. The breakfast consisted of Asian or Western choices and came with fresh juices and fruits. There were enough meals to choose from, the staff prepare it and deliver it all to the villa in the morning at a time of preference. 
The villas were also cleaned everyday. A drinking water tank was provided in the kitchen and was refilled when empty. 
The villa is slightly away of the main area of Senggigi. Its about 600 metres walk to a little supermarket (in the direction of the beach) for your groceries.  Bluebird taxi service is cheap to Senggigi, around 100 - 200 IDR. A couple of restaurants also delivers food to the villa but we used Opi’s Kitchen a lot, delicious Indonesian food, fresh and reasonably priced. The manager will give you a phone which you can use for ordering food, taxi or to contact her. Amazing modern and new accommodation, in a quiet area with friendly service. Highly recommended! 

High standard accommodation 

3 bedrooms. One bedroom is with extra play room and bath tub in bathroom. 
Staffs are very helpful. They give guest mobile so whenever guest need something, staff can answer. No laundry machine but there is laundry service nearby so staffs do take care of guest laundry. Almost everything is new and clean. Quite place and in the morning, you can wake up by the so many roosters crow.


Best place and season

We rented a 2 bedroom villa which was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. All the rooms were massive, the pools a decent size and clean. The breakfast was great. For us the key was the service. The staff at the property are so helpful and considerate. The do their best to meet all your needs - my dad can be v demanding and they met all his demands :) 
From the ladies who made us breakfast every morning, to the ones who cleaned our rooms, to the night guards - everyone was super helpful. I would absolutely recommend this property for a peaceful stay in Lombok. Location is about a 25 min walk from the main strip where all the restaurants are, so you will need a car or a driver to stay here. The gekkos are annoying but really can't be helped. That's just part of being in S.E Asia.

Bale Mandella is a beautiful villa.

It is very spacious, modern, clean and homely.

The bedrooms were very spacious, which was good for our family.

The kids loved the pool and the sitting area near the pool is a great spot to relax in.

The service was fantastic.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff, who did everything they could to make us feel welcome.

We highly recommend this villa and will stay there again next time.

Really Nice villa and really Well located to visit Senggigi in motorbike ( then can even arrange the rental for you)
Nice breakfast and the villa is really clean and well equiped !
Nana and her team was really Nice also. 
A bit noisy ( dogs / chicken) but ok with earplug ! :)
Only weakness was the swimming pool We used it but not so clean even if We asked several Times to clean it.
