Really terrible experience in this hotel. I have been charged five time more than the normal price and they didn’t even worried to give a nice room.
My room at second floor had no window and with hall view. In they hall they made noise to set up table and plates for the buffet till 10.30pm and in the morning they start celebrating a wedding at7.30am. Super noisy room.
The bed was provided with broken and dirty and spotted sheets. Disgusting.
Aircon was old and noisy for all night long which made me sleep very bad.
Bathroom and walls was dirty and with dirty spots everywhere. I had to use slippers to have a shower cause I was afraid to get some disease.
Only one electric charging point in the room which makes very uncomfortable for a tourist to charge all the appliance for the following day.
And all this for a crazy price of 1.2juta for such a room that is worthy 200k
The receptionist guy at the check in even had the courage to mock me telling “we gave you a very special rate for you sir”
Avoid this place. For sure there are much better hotel with much better and honest service.
The property of this structure, allowing the management and the staff to act in this way, is really giving a bad image of the amazing Lombok and discourage tourists to come and visit the island
PS when at the check out I request an official complaint form they invented all excuses to not provide it.
I got scammed and didn’t expect from a hotel like this

One night at puri indah and feel safe and comfortable during the earthquake at mataram lombok. The room was convenient and feel comfortable. I have a good sleep here. Breakfast was good and good variation. Keep up the good work.

Good enough

A pretty ok hotel in the middle of Mataram city

Actually this hotel is good there is little input about Wifi signal specially if choose the standard room type then you have to be patient with its Wifi network is very weak. For all its very nice and satisfying.Kalalm is beautiful, good food and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 2 nights right after we arrived in Indonesia. The hotel is located in the center of Mataram and everything necessary is easily reached on foot. The rooms were clean but the bathroom was not very big. There was no shower cabin except for a bathroom but this is what you are used to in Indonesia. The pool is clean and nice, only a few more chairs would be nice. The only drawback was breakfast. It was more Indonesian and cold. Please don't get me wrong Nasi Goreng or something like that for breakfast is super but not cold. Ultra staff friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay

Centrally Located in Mataram, this Hotel has it all! Fabulous breakfasts and excellent dining throughout the day, space for every occasion, well appointed rooms, superbly designed interiors and exteriors with a strategically placed swimming pool, and most important and engaged owner and a fantastic staff. Our go-to place while staying in Mataram. Central as within minutes you can be at either of the Malls and a short drive to the Sengigi area.

An Oasis in central Mataram, Lombok, Indonesia

I was there last week with a group of colleagues, we had a business trip in Mataram for 3 days, as so far as I can see, this place is quite clean and pretty much comfortable to accomodate all of us, since we were 9. Location is quite near to places, like it was about 25 minutes walk to the city centre. But unfortunately, if you are planning to visit Gili, I would suggest another place, since to get to Gili harbor takes almost an hour. The room was quite okay, it was only the shower that it has to be adjusted with a curtain or something, since when I had a shower, the water went everywhere all over the shower. The internet is good one, breakfast is alright, since they had bread and Indonesian menu too.

Good place for a business visit

Horrible! The worst hotel in my life... Hotel very dirty inside and outside, on the edge of a busy, noisy road. All rooms overlook the central pool which because of its green color attracts no trouble n bather... The rooms are dirty!!!! From floor to ceiling, to the bathroom.
