Room was nice, no odor, good lighting, only a little spot on the blanket. I love to hear that Aston Hotel implement environmental care by preparing a water pitcher ​​in the room which can be refilled using the gallon water dispenser in the room corridor instead of plastic bottle water as usual. Service from Belido Restaurant Staff was good, food delicious also, the cleanliness of the area is also good. Even though this hotel only has 2 lifts, it moves quickly so you don't have to wait long even if there are many guests staying. Then my first disappointment was during check-in process, i forget her name but staff didn't show and friendly gesture or attitude, didn't even smile, process too slow, looks confused, distracted mind, didn't even register the vehicle number plate correctly so I had to go back to the front desk when I was right in front of the exit gate. There is no staff on duty at gym area and swimming pool, going there planing to excercise on treadmill first but ended up beeing disappointed by second time. They didn't even plug in the cable, it was off, even though I plugged it in and turned it on, I was confused about how to operate it, I pressed all the buttons but none of them worked and there was no one there I could ask. In the end I just swam there, good they put a new towel on the table so I could take it straight away without having to look for any staff. Its only 40% chance i will come back here again.

best experience with my family and can't wait to staycation in here again, very enjoyed with all menu in resto, clean n i hope can be here as soon as possible. all staff here very kind n helpfull, so what are u waiting for?

Going back to Jakarta, after attending my business relation wedding reception. The food was awful and extremely  salty.  I wonder why the hotel is rated four stars. 
The two nights stay was still acceptable.

Awful Food

1..Waiting check in for non smoking rooms for more than two hours..., asking too wait, several times ask wait, and then they change shift and no one to follow up, when i asking for fourth time with different staff, they said they need deposits, meanwhile i sit in front of the receptionist for more than two Hours!!
2. dirty area of swimming pool no staff taking care of it at first time i check it around 14.00 than in 16.45 i check it, i see people smoke around swimming pool area, smoke smell around corridor to swimming pool
3.,no free mineral water, in current covid situation you have to go to corridor and using public dispenser, are you sure the glass or bottle cup attached previously to the dispenser was clean enough? 
4. Ugly view, booked 3 room  different floor and different side with all ugly view. 
5. Front office not responsive when we first arrive just look on our car, and then i giving a code to asking help and the staff starting to move to help. 

I already checked in to 3 different hotels within one week in palembang area somehow Aston is the worst, aryaduta, all nite and day, and the last is Aston, luckily we only stay just for one night this time.

Hotel with 4 stars look with 1 star services, i travel. Around Aston in Indonesia.this is the worst.

Hotel in very good location, with good breakfast and friendly staff. condition of the bedrooms are clean and nice. Convenient about this hotel is that it is immediately on the main road, so saves time to get straight to your ending point. Will consider this hotel if any next trip.

I was staying on behalf my mom's name and I would like to share my experience while I stayed here. Its Nice hotel and staffs are friendly especially Miss Deva, Mr Jordy and another one which is I forget his name (the house keeper) . The room are clean and tidy, so comfy. Their also providing plenty of tasty food at the restaurant like traditional, western, chinese, you name it. With some great experiences while we stayed here, Its very recommended hotel in Palembang. Yes, it is.
