The staff were helpful and accommodating.   Basic clean large rooms with aircon and hot water.  Tasteful decor. Peaceful and good location with a convenience store within walking distance. Felt very comfortable staying here. Will be back. 

Planned for 1 night, stayed for 3

I stayed here for 2 nights. The first night the were a few small bugs in the room. Not a huge deal. The next morning there were hundreds if not a thousand small ants crawling all over the desk and my belongings. There was no food or drinks other than water in my room.

The woman at the office said there were no bugs a few days earlier so I must have brought food or bugs in. 

I assured her I did not. They moved me to another room. I asked for a partial refund and was told that we'll see if new room gets bugs. If it has bugs then she'll know they're from me (*as I asked them to spray the new room). If there were no bugs the next day then we'll know the first room had an issue. 

There were no bugs in the new room. When I asked about the partial refund she said she could not because she had given the money to her boss and there was no money in the office.

Then she told me she saw a rice paddy in my room and that I brought food. I told her I don't eat rice and I did not have any food as I don't want bugs or animals in my room. 

She refused to follow up. 

Terrible customer service.

Other than that,  the room was decent and the location was close to a nice Italian restaurant and about a 10-15   walk to the beach

Tons of ants in my room

Stayed there for 3 nights. I’m a solo traveler and was expecting somewhere I could meet people and book trips, but got there and realised how quiet it was. So I just took in the spirit of it and enjoyed how it was. The room was super clean and sheets perfumed. I read somewhere here the showers were cold, so was expecting that haha but no, guys, they do have warm and nice shower! Just don’t expect the best structure you know.. if you soak in the spirit of it you’ll love the place. But if you’re expecting a resort or super structured place then you might get frustrated. And btw, I’ve ridden a scooter there for the first time because they were so patient in teaching me! Loved it! However the “reception” only opens at 8 ish am.

Really quiet and relaxing 

Such a great place, helpful staff and the location was prime! 
The rooms are basic but they have everything you need. The pool is such a win, we spent most afternoons lounging at the pool.
They have scooters that you can rent, we suggest you do. Everything in Uluwatu is a bit of a walk so having a scooter is explore is the best decision you’ll make. 

Loved our stay!

I had a problem because we had a few hot dogs and newborn cats on the rooftop that would not stop mowling and beating all night in our room (so that it would be impossible to sleep all night) we informed them of the problem and in 3 days they did nothing (3 nights I couldn't sleep or 2 hours in a row), the last day they switched me to a room downstairs with another extra bed for my sister.

Very poor rooms.

Staying next door, we had our breakfast three times in a row at the Bingin Inn: good banana pancakes, good Balinese coffee, service and friendly atmosphere.

Have a good breakfast.

Small family owned hotel with a pool and a restaurant not far away from anything in Uluwatu. The hotel can provide a scooter to get around. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds. No tv no safe no refrigerator no hot water was no problem for us. The price was very affordable taking into account the awesome region this hotel is at. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

A hotel in a hot area

The perfect place to stay, great location to access all the perfect surf spots, comfy beds, good breakfast from the restaurant, and the friendliest staff. 

Rooms are very clean and have air conditioning which is nice. We keep extending our stay! 

Lovely Place

Good location and nice place. Spacious but limited room in terms of basic necessities. No hot water. More or less pleasant home. Small bar opposite the reception with fruit juices, pancakes, or Indonesian dishes for about IDR 30,000

Correct

Small facility about 10 minutes' walk to Bingin Beach, super nice staff with good kitchen, pool and room clean, bathroom could be better, but for the price, absolutely recommended for people who are satisfied with a little simple accommodation
