My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights whilst travelling around Bali for 1 month. We wish we could have stayed longer!! It is a excellent hotel and your value for money is incredible. The breakfast is the best we've had and offers a great large range, the partnership they have with a local restaurant for food worked really well for us, the food is cheap but very good. They deliver it to the hotel and serve it to you like a restaurant! 

We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the luxury suit and it is such a lovely room. Very clean and spacious! The room also has a large outdoor seating area in a peaceful area looking over the hotel gardens and a water fountain.

The grounds are lovely and very well kept, pool is clean and maintained. Hotel is quiet and relaxed, staff could not do more for us during our stay. They helped wherever they could and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. 

Lovina as a place is a hidden gem in the north of Bali. Very peaceful with nice beaches and awesome sunsets. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Lovina. If we ever visit Lovina again we shall definitely stay here! Thank you for your great hospitality! 

Excellent Hotel and superb service

I have seen the reviews of this guesthouse before and when I saw the sign of it I just followed the signs. I arrived without any prior booking and the young lady at the reception Komang was sooo friendly! She answered me my 1000 questions what you could do in and around Lovina Beach, organized my transportation to my next stop and even a short notice Bali-massage. I had a great stay here.
The house is a bit outside of the centre but you can walk there easily (and safely!) The young man working there offered me to bring me to the center with his scooter for free. These people working there go the extra mile for the guest and the owner should think about a pay-rise :-)

The massage was really good. I am still amazed how these tiny thin women can massage so strong! :-) 

I havent heard any loud music from the neighbours (as written in other reviews) and the rooster and dog around... Well if you want nature, animals are a part of it, so choose what you want. Defenitely nothing annoying!
The pool is small but perfect to cool down.
For breakfast I had four choices which were included in my price. 
The room: had everything I needed. Water pressure was even good enough to wash my hair (I have a lot and long hair, ladies with the same kind of hair understand the issue of the waterpressure). In front of the room are two wooden chairs and a small table to sit and relax and as well a "thing" (no idea how you call those) to dry your clothes! 
All in all, I can recommend it! 

Friendliest staff in guesthouse so far!

A good hotel in which we stayed for 1 night. The clean room, with impeccable bathroom, at least our room, with a terrace in the back, even with kitchen, which we do not use. A good swimming pool and the entire outdoor garden very carefully. Internet quite well with A/A quizzes a little far from the downtown area, whether you have a bike or motorcycle or is a cachito walking. We arrived at night and the person who attended us, was like a gardener, charming. In the online booking I put with breakfast and once we were told that it was a mistake. I think it's a little bit for the hotel that it is. I wouldn't repeat, since I think there is a better quality price in the area.

Very good hotel.

One of the better accommodations on our trip through Indonesia. Admittedly, the way to accommodation is through a alley for us, for Indonesians a solid road is not the easiest and when it's dark it may be a little scary, but it's not fun to walk through the streets in Indonesia in general. The accommodation is very welcoming to the visitor, the pool is well maintained (no exaggerated chemistry) and breakfast is much better compared to others we had. We had one of the larger rooms and this was in good condition.

Good Accommodation

The guesthouse has 5 rooms, 2 standard and 3 deluxe.  The owner is a Swiss man and his Indonesian wife.  Here is airco and we liked it in this warm climat. The bathroom is good made, when we take a shower, the whole bathroom is not wet (like on many places in Bali.  Free wifi.  For the breakfast there is more choise than on other places.
Most of the time, we did not see the owners, but the staff is very friendly, very helpful and the speak good English.
On the website, one can find the way to go to the guesthouse.  It's less than 10 minits walk to the beach, but about half an hour to stay on the touristic beach.

a very good guesthouse away from the hectic places

Staying here now, its low season and we stupidly booked online. We paid about 400k IDR p.n but when we arrived we found many guesthouses offering rooms of the same standard at half the price. 

I will say that it's a cute place and that room cleanliness and layout is fine and wifi works well. However, AC didn't really work and breakfast is pretty bad. Location isn't great either, just outside of the main bit of town,but it's not the end of the world. I've also been a little confused by the fact that from about 7pm, the only staff on hand speak no english and can be hard to find at times. Its a nice place for the most part and works fine for a bed for a few nights, but in terms of value for money (at least in low season) it's not worth it.

Not really worth it - especially during low season

Me fiancé and I stayed here for 5 nights at the beginning of our second month long trip to Bali this year. It's the nicest place we've stayed in Bali because it's got the whole package - value for money, staff, breakfast, location, pool, room, shower, aircon, Internet - everything is perfect. 
When we arrived there were three rooms available and we got to pick our favourite which was a room slightly more expensive than the one we'd booked but we were able to take the room for the same price. The staff speak great English and are always smiling. They are always easy to find but leave you to it as well which we loved as we are quite private people. 
Ima has a few bad reviews which annoys me - yes it's a 10 min walk to the centre of lovina but the accommodation down there is more expensive and not up to the standard of Ima. The only downside for us was that what we ordered from the warung the guesthouse get food delivered from wasn't great and is more expensive than others we tried. It didn't effect our stay though as there is brilliant food just a short walk away. There were no ants in our room, no problems with slow service and we just used the torches on our phones to make it easier to walk the short 300m to the main road at night - no problem. 
The spa was amazing - not on site but only 5 mins away and the best Balinese massage I've had! 
Wifi by far the fastest and most reliable on the island. Pancakes at breakfast were unreal as well. 
We didn't want to leave. This place is great for everyone - families/friends/couples/singles. Would definitely go back. 

My favourite place in Bali

The hotel was very nice: quiet, quiet, cozy. The staff is friendly and friendly, and Ima is a very kind and pleasant woman. The only downside in the surrounding environment: there are no normal cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops and other infrastructure for tourists nearby. So I recommend that you only stop by car to visit nearby excursions.

Cozy and home hotel

Two days in the standard was more than enough. We spent two nights in the guest house and it was noisy. The guest house is in the Indonesian residential area and on both nights there was loud music until late at night. Many, many dogs barking in the evening early at noon and from 4:00 the faucets. It's a village, the motorbikes in the evening. The pool was heavily chlorinated, the smell in the room. We didn't like it.

Two nights was more than enough.

The facility is quite nice and clean, but everything in all the seaside is small and when you really want to lie by the pool one day and do nothing, you often have the feeling that the other guests and staff are sitting on your lap. In the morning you wake up relatively early, because everything is very bright and the staff likes to entertain themselves all over the courtyard. Welcome is quite impersonal and also during the rest of the stay. A welcome drink, as advertised, has never been there. The staff acts and speaks about it (that is, the manager obviously overlooks all the responsibility due to the young buffalo). Unfortunately, I understand only half of the order and so because of the failure of English recipes, I was informed that today we had to go to a place with a nice breakfast and breakfast, but we didn't want to go to a place in the house, where we were staying on the street, where everything is pretty, but it's not a nice place to stay, and even if we didn't want to go to a place in the house, we had a nice room in the house, and we didn't want to go to a place
