We had booked 2 nights in the deluxe room on Agoda and had payed for it in advance. 

We arrived late that night : all the rooms were taken and the staff didn't understand why we didn't want to sleep outside. They also kept saying that it wasn't their fault. No one apologized that night for what was happening. After 1h of arguing they brought us to a room in an other hotel. 

The next morning we met the manager who apologized and offered to pay the night we had spent in the other hotel. 
We got a room for the second night and realised after having spoken with other clients that we were in a normal room, but we were still paying for the deluxe room we had payed in advance for ... and that we never got. 

The location is great, but better go to the hotel next to it, «the place sekoton», were we spent the first night. It is a bit more expensive but it is really worth it. 

Really bad management 

Stayed here with 2 friends for 2 nights. The family there was amazing, the beds were okay, and the food was reasonably priced albeit the average quality. The tried to organise some things for us to do as there just wasnt much happening around town when we were there. Only real downside is we asked them to book us a car back to kuta lombok and they called their friend that tried to charge us way too much, when we told the friend that we didnt want to go with him and we booked another car he went crazy and started abusing us and the new taxi driver we called wouldnt let us leave in our new car, very scary experience and the staff did nothing.

Very Accommodating

It was a pleasant short one night stay. The place is clean, large bathroom, and comfy bed to sleep in. The AC works fine, but we still have to switch on the fan for the cooling effect to kick in. 

All in all, this place is highly recommended for travellers!

Value for money

Had the most relax and fabulous stay here for a week. The room was very spacious with an ensuite. We had a pool view, and the room had a little terrace right out the front.
The owner and the staff is super nice! Always there to help, answer any questions and make sure we had a good stay. 
The breakfast was included in the price, and there was a choice of eggs or a pancake. They also provided home made food for very cheap prices. The spring rolls and mie goreng were the tastiest comparing to anywhere else I have eaten!
We also rented a moped from the owner, which was the nicer moped, looked brand new.
The Location is a bit far from Mataram, but there is a beach just around the corner. There are also plenty of supermarkets nearby. There are some restaurants but they are very local and don' have big variety of food to choose from. But as you can just order from from the villa itself, and the food cooked is super tasty. 
Oh and they also provide transfers  to the harbour and airport at very good prices.

Amazying!!

The service there was awfull:
- They didnt expected us that night (even if we booked the room 3 wekks before) so they had no food and we had to wait for them to call the manager beforce being accepted
- Almost nothing for breakfast
- No choice for dinner except nasi goreng
- No drinks
- Just one bottle of water to share for me and my father
- To get an extra bed we had to argue and pai for a bigger room even if the one we booked was big enough

The view on the sea was nice and the room quite clean

A hotel to avoid

There's no trace of peace, the A9 is quieter than this dirty place. The water is deep brown and the shore a garbage can. When you call the boys on it, you pick up smiles and it's diligently smoked and the chips are thrown into the water. Breakfast? American Breakfast consists of two boiled eggs and two toast slices. Water od cola or juice is not there. Food is not needed to go to the neighborhood. The boat tour to the islands is a pure garbage can.

Right on the street and dirty.

We had the bungalow for 2 nights and were super satisfied with pretty much everything. The employees are working very hard...though some of them are completely lacking in English...the bathroom is a little dark but the view from the balcony over the sea compensates for everything. Breakfast was like everywhere in Indonesia...pancake or toast with egg. You didn't get tired but it was delicious.
