Please beware. The villa was listed on Airbnb under “Mr G” of Bali Management villas founded by certain Raphael Leonardi. The pictures shown are of the exact same residence.

Upon my check in into this villa, the pool’s filter pump wasn’t working, there was a bathroom leakage (that the reception lady hurriedly mopped up before I could take a pic) and NO RUNNING WATER. We also spotted a DEAD BIRD IN THE POOL. We wanted to give the villa a chance so we let the management bring in a technician to fix the water. After he left, the water stopped running again.

The host did not have the most basic initiative to offer a suitable compensation or an immediate villa change. They also skirted the issue of a refund. I had my one year old with me who needed to be bathed and have meals prepared for so I could not wait for them. I thus had to make the offer to pay the difference in order to get a new villa - which is also listed under BMV by the way so it’s not like they were making a loss from me booking another place.

Do not stay in this villa unless you want to be played out by this unethical villa host. The location is also right at the end of a very long street and while on the map it looks close to beaches and cafes it takes a long time to walk out to them. The walkway inside the villa is probably just 50 cm wide crammed between the pool and a wall so if you’re not agile, get ready to fall into a pool that’s been tainted by a bird carcass.

Great Villa, bedroom opens up to the pool with plenty of sun. Putu and Wayan and the rest of the staff did a great job made the stay so much better.
Location was perfect right near sisterfields and Seminyak Square. Highly recommend

Amazing Villa and Helpful staff

Stayed here recently for 5 nights. I loved the location. Walking distance to all my favourites. Villa was clean and comfortable and safe. Eni the cleaner was lovely and even did our washing. The villa is great value. Staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy. 5 star service. 
I would only have two negatives... and they may be positives for someone else but... the bed was rock hard and the hot water didn’t last long.  Minor issues in the grand scheme of things. I would definitely come back.. 

Great villa

At first glance, it seems impossible to find an oasis in the gorgeous Seminyak. Fortunately, there is one. The villa is located in a beautiful, completely rugged picturesque district of the city. Ideal as a retreat and at the same time a starting point to explore the island. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room are very graceful and tastefully decorated. The pool spans the overall concept wonderfully. We haven't missed anything. A highlight are the housewives in front of Kadek, who cares for us and loves us, and Gusti Bekocht, as well as Eni Eni. Two pearls that we'd love to take home with us immediately. But no one can run this praise list out of paradise!

11 wonderful days on Bali

We booked Villa Vishudda for 7 nights. The villa is a modern two bedroom property within walking distance to 'eat street' in Seminyak.

The company that manages the property delivered exceptional service throughout our stay and presented us with an immaculate property. The villa was spotless and the check in process perfect. We were very impressed with their attention to detail and explanation of the villa and in-villa dining options upon arrival. We were provided tea/coffee, toiletries, towels, unlimited filtered water, basic cooking spices, complete kitchen utensils, new bedding, sun lounges, and daily cleaning services.

Things of note:
1. The family area is enclosed by a glass wall. This is a recent addition and very worthwhile. The area is air conditioned as are the bedrooms.

2. The property was cleaned daily by Eni. She is wonderful and very helpful. Eni would stock our fridge with whatever we requested and replenish the drinking water daily. 

3. The pool is pristine and perfect temp for swimming. It was cleaned 3 times during our stay.

4. Eat street is a 5 minute walk away. The villa is located near Grocer and Grind at the Seminyak Square end.

All in all a perfect villa for couples or families.

Perfect 2 bedroom villa in central Seminyak

I stayed in the villa  and we had such a great time there. It is very well located, few minutes walk to the center where there are all the bars and restaurants and few minutes from the beaches. It is very clean, and handy. The swimming pool is perfect. it is a perfect place to relax. The wi-fi connections are excellent. The villa manager, Mr. G is amazing. He is available anytime to help you organize your stay and give you advices and tips. The maid is also at your disposal if you wish. I highly recomment this villa for your stay in Seminyak. I will definately come back there.

We spent a very relaxing week at the stylish Villa Vishuddha in May with friends. The Villa provided us with good shared spaces for lounging and private comfortable bedrooms and contemporary bathrooms. We loved cooling off in the  swimming pool it was a good size and had perfect  water temperature. Our tariff included a simple breakfast of freshly squeezed juice, eggs toast and coffee but our lovely housekeeper Komomg was happy to provide us with a more extensive menu for the cost of ingredients, which was minimal. Komong prepared mee goreng and nasi goreng both were equally delicious, so much so we asked her to cook curries for dinner one evening. Linen was of a good quality and changed as needed in keeping with "green principles". The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. As other reviewers have reported Villa Vishuddha is a little tucked away in the side streets but we arranged a hotel- to- villa transfer through them, and the driver gave us orientating tips which meant we were soon walking to " Eat Street " and Seminyak Square confidently. Both destinations are within easy walking distance. Close to all the action but still quiet and peaceful.  I would suggest you bring a torch for walking home at night. I would recommend Villa Vishuddha for couples or families with older children only, due to the open pool area and step down shower.  I would definitely return. 

Perfect place to stay in Seminyak

We couldn't have chosen a better location! Everything perfectly organized, the staff and the owners always kind and available. What about the villa, furnished with taste and attention to the smallest details.

Best place to stay in Seminyak!

This villa is in a block of only 2. Its quite off the beaten track but once you know your way its fine. There is no reception so it made checking in quite hard. The villa next door called someone for our friends that arrived before us. 
Very clean and tidy.
There wasnt any wifi until we asked and was given the password.
On a few occasions we had no hot water but we survived!
Komang is lovely and very helpful, she came in every morning and made us a lovely breakfast. Tidied up all our mess and even done our washing! Could of put her in my suitcase and brought her home.
The villa wouldnt be much good for a family with small children unless a parent shared a room with each child. The rooms have seperate lockable doors. Which was fine for our friends and us as this time we was all kid free.
 Close to the main square but again a little walk to get to the main road. Taxis found it hard to get down the alleys to our villa as very tight but a huge driveway outside the villas to turn around. The alleys have a mixture of locals living and other villas but never had any trouble from either walking home late at night. 
All round great value for money and would stay there again just maybe not until the kids was older.



Lovely villa but not on the main strip

Travelling with our children we were a bit apprehensive upon arrival at airport whether the pre arranged transfer would be waiting. Sure enough there he was, Bintang, with my name on a card ready and waiting. Last 5 minutes of the journey to the villa we thought we will never find our way around, however when walking into town it really was as stated- a 5 minute walk. Facilities in the villa were fantastic, two modern bedrooms with air conditioning, each with ensuite bathroom (no toiletries, BYO). The living area is open plan and semi outdoors, leading to the pool. There is no wall or glass or pool fence at all. You literally walk out of the living area or bedrooms to the pool. Bear this in mind if you have young children. With this in mind, the bedrooms are not interconnecting, you need to walk outside of your bedroom to get into the next bed room. No airconditioing in living area but there is a ceiling fan. Made, the villa assistant (cooking and cleaning) was very helpful, made breakfast each day (eggs and toast) at your desired time. If you are the type of people who like to stay in your villa (as it is very easy to do so being so relaxing) bear in mind that the assistant is there for around 2 hours to cook and clean. We had a very enjoyable stay and the location is good for walking to cafes and Seminyak Square for shopping and Restaurants. Can also highly recommend Carla's Massage for inexpensive 1 hour body massage at $6AUD. The beach is about a half hour walk and is not comparable to most Australian beaches (dark brown sand and water, construction going on around the beach area and generally appeared unappealing). We would highly recommend this villa to others and hope to return.
