We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a great getaway if you want a cozy relaxing stay. The team at vilorium are extremely friendly and helpful specially Sayuri and Vivi who helped us alot in our local tour  
recommendations and local dining areas. The villa is located in an area that is not easily accessible from the main road and might be confusing and hard to reach even for local drivers specially that its location is not pinned in google maps. 

Also no tv which we would have liked to be available. Sometimes electricity might go off but not for long. 

Very reasonable price for a cozy stay and also near seminyak center. 

Great Relaxing Stay with reasonable price

The Villa was truely amazing and mesmerizing in terms of delivery of service and the interiors. Right from the day we check-in we were made to feel Royal. I had visited with my wife and we both had a lovely experience. Must choose in Bali.

AMAZING STAY AND AMAZING STAFF

We stayed at villa puring from the 31st August  to 12th September 2016. 

What can I say everything was perfect I have never experienced people so accommodating ever before the staff were excellent from beginning to end we had someone welcome us from the airport free of charge to meeting the manager at the villa to check us in all the way to checking us out. 

On arrival the manager provided all the essential information as well as a mobile phone which again was free to use. This helped us get taxis and find our way around seminyak using Google maps. 

Before we arrived they asked if we needed any shopping which was great so when we arrived our fridge was full! The villa was perfect for a couple. we had our own cooking area, plunge pool, bedroom, shower room and bathroom. 

Each day cleaners would come in to clean our villa and again were all very professional and friendly. They refilled the water filter when needed which was great. 

The location was great in a very residential area which meant we could see how the locals lived but very close to where we wanted to be. To get into the centre of seminyak it took around 25 minute to walk or 10 minutes in a taxi. The prices of taxis differ each time so always ask if they have a meter or they will rip you off! 

We had to check out at 12 in the afternoon however our flight wasn't till late in the evening. The manager allowed us to use the villa next door until we left at 8pm which was great. This allowed us to spend our last day relaxing before returning to the villa to get ready to go to the airport. This only could be done because the villa was vacant next door. 

We had an amazing time staying at villa puring and would recommend this to anyone who asks. I would just like to say thank you and we will defintinly be returning in future. 



Absolutely amazing holiday! 

If you're interested in going to Bali to relax in a local setting this is the most gorgeous place to do it. ..great if you wanted to stay for a while and work as well for that matter. Beautifully furnished traditionally build Balinese house surrounded by helpful neighbours its only a very cheap,5 or 10 min taxi ride too Kuta or Seminyak beach,  the shopping etc. You can walk 30 mins or so through the narrow streets if  you choose which is fun. Service is great..they'll pick you up from the airport and provide all the basics so you can just walk in and enjoy. Air conditioning and fans, fresh, clean drinking water on tap, and gorgeous pools..yep two if you take both cottages, surrounded by frangipani and hibiscus trees. The road leading to Villa Puring looks a bit like a building site at the  moment because neighbourhood is doing well and new homes are being built but you never hear any of that...only  soft singing from the local temple and occasionally the kids next door laughing ..Can highly recommend.

Quiet, classy and comfortable - loved it

Hidden away on a little village street, Villa Puring, is not that easy to find. We arrived at night and literally had to use our phone lights to see the street. However, one day is all you need to acclimatize yourself to the surroundings and you won't regret staying there at all. Not like the standard plain villa, Puring really has had some thought into its decor which is quirky, fun and traditional at the same time.

We stayed at the 1 bedroom villa - which has a large bedroom, shower area, toilet and private pool. There is a little kitchenette outside on the veranda. It is there you can spend hours under the fan, reading books and looking at the blue of the pool. And it is private - no one can see into the pool area!

It's no plunge pool either. Deep enough so you have to work at staying aloft and enough to do a few strokes up and down. There is no TV in the small villa, so you need books and good company. The wifi is spotty which apparently is the standard but they could do with boosting it a bit. The villa is attached to the big 3 room villa by a door - that one is absolutely fantastic in its decor and has everything you'd ever need. Even an oven to do a roast in! As it is not much more expensive compared to the small villa - it is a steal if you are with friends. 

In terms of distance to the main Seminyak area - it is a brisk 30 min walk (min) and Bali can get very hot so may seem further. It's only a 2 min walk to the main road and taxis can be flagged pretty fast. From the main Sunset Road - its 5/10 mins to Kudeta, Potato Head etc. 

At night however, some taxis won't drive all the way in - so you may need to walk the last few metres. 

Other than that - the villa manager, Ketut, is very helpful, speaks perfect English and will do her utmost to make your stay perfect. Only issue is, they will update on email which if you don't have access you may miss the little tips they send. I'd recommend getting a local SIM card if you are staying longer than a few days. 

It's a perfect little place to unwind, away from the traffic and over development of the main Seminyak area and with enough space to stretch out and totally relax.
