I'll start with the bad point: the food isn't great.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and willing to help. The views were great. This was a truly luxury boutique hotel but for an incredible price. Rooftop pool and bar were great with amazing views. Located on a very busy road but we didn't hear a thing inside the hotel! Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The bath was so lovely. I will be back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Used the laundry service and everything was back very quickly for an excellent price.

Wow! What a fantastic experience

We staying here was trouble, the rooms are dirty,the bed is uncomfortable and no wifi in my room. Staff unhelp. I did spoke with staff to change the room about the wifi their said no room available again. The place is was good but need to more cleaning. 

Trouble

I still remember this bread with sadness! The fact is that we came late at night and we just didn't have the opportunity to look for anything else. I don't know what kind of drunk we should be in to like THAT. Dirty, anti-sanitary, staff can't help, money can't be returned, just chew! It was disgusting even to spend one night in this hole. Unfortunately, the photos made little, and late at night, all the decoration for transmission!

The laundry room, not the hotel.

This hotel is not fit to host people in it the bathroom walls are all mouldy and the knobs in it are all rusty.When we flushed the toilet a stench of sewer water came out and was unbearable to smell.Room service is not present in this hotel the employee's are more concerned to play loud music in the reception than to clean the rooms.In the morning at 6.30 workers were brought to the hotel to fix a wall next to the pool were are room was situated and they started banging the hammer causing everyone too wake up. They also advertise a full channel list in which only two local channels were available.With the money we spent on this hotel we found better properties which were clean and had excellent hospitality which this hotel lacks. I would recomend to simply avoid this hotel.

Not fit for chickens!

When we first went into the room we had booked for four days, the smell of mould was unbearable and we had to ask the staff to change our room which they did after a short while. The next one was even worse, it was full of mould and the smell was so bad we couldn't last 15 minutes inside. The carpets, sheets and floors were all stained and very dirty. The showers were a disgrace, with water flooding into the bedroom floors and carpets. The shower and tap water knobs were all rusted and the vents and AC openings were all filled with fluff which seemed like they had never been cleaned from when they had been installed. We politely complained to the staff immediately and explained that we would like a refund if possible as we would not be staying in that mess. They connected us to the owner which had little of interest to our concerns and said that we would not be refunded anything and that we could leave immediately as it would not matter for him. The staff don't have any fault in this as they were helpful from the beginning and they also explained that this was not the first time that something similar had occurred and that the owner simply doesn't care anymore about this premisis. 

Absolute disgrace!

Our 1st room was smell of mold n had a noisy AC so I asked to move to another room the day after n then got a worse room, phone didn't work room still smell, AC still noisy. Spent 5 regretful night in there... The cleanliness was very poor, bathroom was just disgusting , pillows,  towels were not well washed.
Even the pool was dirty, the pics that shown just far away from the real one...

My first and last time to stay

People don't like to write reviews when it's more of complains, but I think these comments make the management improve the service, ergo we, the tourists will gain profit on it. So the pros: very spacious room and bathroom, a little gym and nice swimming pool. Cons: the receptionist listened to an exteremely loud music at 6 in the mornings. The staff is far away from being called pofessional. The breakfaast is poor and they are poorly prepared.

Below average

Based on others reviews, I selected this hotel and made a booking online, but as and when I entered the hotel there was no staff to attend to us and once the room was allotted we had a malfunctioning telephone and a tv with screen errors. This is not how a hotel is run.

Irresponsible staff 

This is a great place to base yourself whilst in Seminyak! The grounds are beautiful with pool and deck chairs available to chill out but also great location to visit other areas of seminyak! Rooms are big and spacey... Staff are very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us when we had an issue - breakfast is great too!

Great hotel

Hotel L’Amore was absolutely perfect for our time in Seminyak, excellent location and the staff were really nice and helpful.
Rooms were good size and very comfortable. We checked in at 2am and had no problem finding the hotel or checking in at this time.

Would definitely stay again!
