The location is very strategic, very near Seminyak main street (jl. Kayu aya), the staff is helpful and friendly. Very worth the price.
The bathroom is not too clean, i can see a lump of soap on the floor. The pool is small.

Good location, worth the price!

The rooms were clean and airy. It is a cute little BnB with great service and friendly staff. TV had good channels and Wifi also worked well. Definitely worth the price we paid. We booked it through AirBnB. They even booked a Blue Bird taxi for us for our transfer to the airport.

I've stayed here early January 2018, and once I got into my room, they just finished tidy up the room and the smell of the room was too much of the air freshener I was getting dizzy out of it and when I turn on the air conditioner, the ventilation of the room and the air conditioner does not work well.

My room also have a leakage on the window side and its been raining HEAVILY. 

The TV only have Indonesian news & Entertainment channels that works, if you're trying to tune in to AFC or any HBO or Fox Movies, you will froze with the channel as well. 

On the last day I stayed there, during the night the weather was so bad with lightning & rain storms and as I was cuddling with my loved one in the room sleeping, the power went off. I thought it will come back later & I was too tired to care so I slept the whole night without and its cold btw, & when I woke up just to find out my room was the only one that did not have the electricity & the staffs didn't even know until I called them.

I think my room number is 212 on the upper level standard room.

Dirty & Poor Maintenance

I stayed on 12/26/2017 until 12/28/2017. I occupied a standard room, with a king bed, a tv, a Wi-Fi, a Refrigerator, an Air Conditioner. There's a mini garden that connects with neighbor-room next to our bed and there's a clothesline to dry our clothes. But the room is dirty and smell bad.
The bathroom inside there are water-heater-shower, sink plus mirror, hair dryer, and toiletries. The parking lot is very small and it's full for the motorbike. And the way entrance is only enough for one car. The staffs are good. But ain't try any food here. The price for 2 nights is Rp1000.000

• Location is central in Seminyak and close to so many shops and restaurants 
• Nice small pool

• The bathroom stinks with the mothballs that go into the room. I couldn't sleep properly due to the odor
• Bathroom is dirty and the water of the shower is so salty 
• Generally, the room is so unclean. I moved the bed a bit, and found black dust under it. Mugs, spoons, kettle, sheets and bedding are obviously unclean 
• Room is very small

Overall: with this amount of money, I'm sure you can find a cleaner place

Dirty, not worth your money

Cozy place, amazing staffs, close to Seminyak center at Kayu Aya street, quite cheap price for CKA..Sure We'll come back again n stay at CKA hotel.. Small pool but still value.. Rooftop at night would be a good place to have a bottle of beer

Cozy Place 

The Casa Kayu Aya Hotel is located very centrally in Seminyak. It is a bit difficult to find, as it is located in a small side street/sack alley. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach, shopping opportunities and restaurants are right in the surrounding streets and about 15-20 minutes to the Potato Head Beach Club. The hotel has a small pool in the courtyard. To welcome there was a small welcome drink. The rooms are relatively small but all air conditioned, murderous and stylishly furnished and very clean! At breakfast there are 5-6 dishes to choose from and served on the roof terrace. Super beautiful! This is very friendly and helpful staff. Free Wifi is also available throughout the complex!:-)  Price service here anyway!
