After 8 hours travelling and arrive 2am. So disappointed and almost cry to see our room conditions. Big torn blanket, bed sheet has stain, broken wooden floor, mosquito in the room, smelly room and pillow. 
When I'm write this I'm still in the room 310. Can't sleep at all and just wanna go from this hotel once my baby awake this morning. 
Not recommend for family absolutely. 
Location is next to mall. 
Regret why I don't cancel my booking after I read bad review in TripAdvisor. 

My first one star review for most terrible hotel in Yogyakarta 

1st enter the room, the linens were stained and crumple. The sink wad mouldy, shower head handle was broken and mouldy around the bathroom. 1st day breakfast all the foods were sweet and 2nd day were salty. However, all the staff are friendly and always smile.

Worst

Spacious room with bathtub (can't be used) in the bathroom but rooms are not maintained well. Dark room, outdated window, dull wall, closet can not be used properly, etc. Breakfast not good. Actually this is a hotel with classic concept but not well maintained

not recommended

Budget hotel, don't expect much. Check map carefully before booking this hotel far from city center, if you want to strolling at Malioboro Street. However they are located at the main road and easy access to Borobudur.
Check in and out process was fast. Breakfast not attractive.

Far From City Center

Pros: fast wifi (coz very few people staying), staffs were friendly, everything else was so-so, cheap

Cons: noisy live music from neighboring mall, awful room condition esp the flooring (look at pics) and cleanliness, breakfast was a bit better than what I had at a 130k IDR hotel in North Sulawesi. They omitted juices and bread n jam from their previous menu. The food itself was somehow edible.

Even worse than my prev visit

Disgusting is not overstating it. We had to change room to the bathroom literally broke. Only positive was manager didn't charge us. 

The shower has only a hand held part no place to set it. No power to the water as it dangle to the ground. The walls more than disgusting with whatever was dripping from them. Not from ceiling they started half way down the wall. I don't know and don't want to know. The roof greeted us off the elevator with beds being stored. It just was some metal to fill the opening to an unprofessional repair. Discarded food in the hall ways all day from some kind of room service. Never cleaned up the room from the 1st night. The toilets didn't flush in either room. Second room not much better. Sink about ready to break so we didn't touch it. The walls and room filthy. Both rooms were totally disgusting. The windows haven't been cleaned in years. The window blind was broken. The chairs and bed frame were plywood I think. There is no way an honest reviewer would give this any stars. They don't care about the building or rooms. Disgusting. And to top it off after a review of pricing I was charged 100,000 more than local rates. Trip adviser you are doing a disservice rating this place a 3. It's not even a 1. They should close down. It's really and honestly that bad.
