It wasn't my first time visited this hotel. i've once visited this place during the pandemic, so poor! and on this 2022, i came again to this hotel, and saw a very tremendously progress from this hotel as well as they doing a major renovation. The Vibes clearly turned into a new breath and atmosphere, and the product slightly improved compared to the rates. OBVIOUSLY, the services they delivered remain constantly impeccable from year after year, WELL DONE

New Breath, New Hope, New Expectation

A horrible horrible experience. I booked to stay in this hotel from April 13 - 16, but i decided to check out on April 14. I came in to a hotel full of high school students of SMA 1 Cibarusah of Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia that are very loud and creating the hotel like a circus or worse like a slump. I see them running around corridors, sleeping on lobby’s couch, sitting on the carpet floor and talking very loudly/yelling from 10pm all the way to 04am as I am writting this. I can still hear them, yes at 4am. Regretfully the hotel staff even security are unable to manage this condition or to be honest fail to maintain control. I bet no one is taking accountability over this as the hotel staff said that this situation have happened before. Long story short I will not recommend this hotel purely because of poor service, unpleasant environment and I forgot to mention poor facilities, i have to step out from my room to have my AC fixed. The worse experience staying in a hotel, ever. I really hope the management of the hotel is going to take very serious measure to fix this.

Not recommended at all

We booked through the app "Tr * v * l * k *" for Saturday the 7th of April 2018 and there was no problem until we came to check in.
The receptionist ensured it then gave us the key of the room as we chose.

First impressions, rooms look clean and tidy. The bathroom lights are well lit. Shower no problem when used and towels ready for use.
However, the show on TV is less clear because it still uses a regular antenna instead of using cable TV service.

AC is ready for use and running normally.

Wifi is also running normally, not too slow.

Incidentally at that time along with the entourage of the government, so that the breakfast menu provided with them.
We ordered 'Nasi Goreng' and fried noodles. Delicious.
If there is no group, the hotel provides many breakfast menu.

Then we went swimming (there are 2 swimming pools there, 0.6 meters & 1.5 meters). The water is clean enough, not sticky. It's just that a lot of other customer's towels are still scattered in the locker room. Please be concerned.

We checked out on Sunday 8th April 2018 and went on a journey.

If you are lucky, you can see Mt. Merbabu during sunny weather. And we were lucky then, can see the scenery around and Mount Merbabu clearly.
 
Overall, comfortable. However, there are some things to note.

i choose this hotel because the hotel near candi prambanan. and its not far from the airport too.. 
the hotel from the outside look good. but inside.. ummm, i like the ac, its cold, usually for the old hotel, ac will have a problem, and the bed, i can sleep well eventho looks not clean.. :) and the bathroom, the water took longer time to go in. and the light have sound in the bathroom. overall okay i think. i can sleep and its near the prambanan candi..

i booking by trav*****. 3 month early. but not yet confirmed at the day.  just you see like at tv. i call trav*****.
i must wait over an hour for check in. 
room very big for suite. but it expsenv for this.

We booked 50 rooms for 22 April 2017 and already made full payment in February but when we arrived we were told only 33 rooms were available. The solution given to us was terrible and until now we haven't received any compensation . The hotel is now unreachable.

overbooked

The airline had us staying at this hotel, our flight was cancelled, the rooms were wet, it felt bad to lock it in and moisturize it, and unfortunately it was only for one night.
