Overall ok near by UGM, easy to find supermarket
, but need some improvement such as.
1. Breakfast early that 7am
2. Furniture updated
3. Bathroom facility check and completed
4. Limited car parking
5. Updated the door key.

else, is nothing special.. yet can't complain because it's price ?.. don't think so.. price is important but not everything..

This hotel located in near Campuses, surrounded by local housing and a bit hard to find even for local's driver. Staff out of number and lack of hotelier skills.. I think they just ask somebody to sit to handle guests..

Breakfast running late, Toilet very noisy because positioned under the wood stairs.. plus point is only KOI pond...

Great if you only concerned for "value for money"...

My friends and i made a last minute plan to visit Jogja (less than 2 months of planning). With so little time, plus it was our 1st time going to Jogja, we were quite confused and it was difficult to make a proper planning, list of places to go, the routes etc. I immediately searched for a decent place to stay that is within our small budget. Came across Dasinem Homestay in the Google search, and everything went smoothly after that.

The owner of the homestay is very2 friendly, helpful, and takes every demand into consideration. He prepared an itenary based on the places we want to visit and gave opinions of other places which were more suitable and reachable.

Looking at how helpful and responsive the owner was, we agreed to settle with Dasinem tour package. Now i can finally say that it was the best decision we made.

The travel package, priced at approximately RM720/person, includes :
1. 4d3n stay at the homestay - the place is very clean, comfortable, very well designed and maintained. The theme of the place is unique and simple at the same time. It makes you feel right at home. We rented a 'flat' which includes a 3 storey unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 common area, all basic amenities/facilities included. You can say that the rooms can level with a 4 stars hotel. After a long tiring day, getting back to the homestay gave us a sense of satisfaction. Even the bed and pillows are so fluffy, clean, comfortable, and smell nice! The room at the 3rd floor even include a veranda. The place is quiet and peaceful.

2. 3x breakfast, 3x lunch, 3x dinner, 2x snacks, and 3 bottles of mineral water for each one of us! (basically you dont have to bring any extra money at all!!). The places they brought us to for the meals were not just stalls, they were proper, well known restaurants with good food. 

3. Toyota Avanza for our travelling. A driver, petrol, parking fees included in the package price. The driver, Pak Yanto, is a very nice and humble person. Felt like we were being taken care of by our own fatherly-uncle.

4. A tour guide - who will bring us around, accompany us everywhere, help buy our tickets, bring us places for shopping, order food for us, ask around for us, etc. We had the privilege of knowing 2 of them, Adytia (1 day), and Abel (2 days). They were so sporting, friendly and helpful, that we became friends even after the trip.

5. Entrance fees for every place we visited, even the fees for the rides (i.e : Gondola ride at Pantai Timang), things we rented (i.e : sandboard), photography session at Kalibiru, etc.

6. Pick up and drop off at the airport.

The only thing not included in the package was money for shopping and that's it.

We were very well taken care of, the staffs and the owner treated us with respect, friendliness and they really made our trip comfortable and convenient. 

In all, Dasinem Homestay is a perfect place to rent for your holiday in Jogja, be it for friends, family, business travels, solo traveller, etc. 

You can just rent the place for stay if you prefer to go exploring on your own and not take the tour package. All up to you. Cause the homestay itself, is just plain SUPERB.

In short, Dasinem Homestay is SUPERB

I chose this homestay because it got great reviews but we still had our doubts...it turned out to be just as wonderful as all the positive reviews.

The room is clean, comfortable and pleasantly designed.

Cahyo, the receptionist a great mix of warm, welcoming friendliness and efficiency.

Look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yogya and would gladly recommend this place to all my friends.

Great value for money 

Access a little confusing eventhough with Google Map. But once we enter the hotel.. wowww... 3 floors for R. 600.000 net per night. 2 rooms each with extra bed and 1 dining room (with simple kitchen equipment, stove, washer etc)* at second floor.  Modern and unique, we met the owner of the hotel, who is an architect. She designed the hotel nicely. Good furniture, great design with lights and small fish pool. They provide wifi and... excellent breakfast (I mean it is really excellent). They can also tailor made lunch and dinner by request). In front of the hotel, there is cheap and fast local laundry service. During the stay, the owner bevomes our personal guide tour, culinary advisor and great friends.  Definitely, absolutely the best hotel in Jogjakarta.

Jogja Hotel for locals and foreignersb..

it was a last minute decision to spend the lunar new year holiday in Jogja, so it was almost impossible to get a room for that long weekend there. after repeatedly trying to book using travelok*, airbn* and everything, I desperately googled and found this option at Tripadvisor. googled the number and tried calling. like it was predicted, all rooms in Dasinem were fully booked and Mas Cahyo, who's on the other line, asked for my number for possibility of cancellation. the next day, mba Widias, the owner called me and said I got the room.
We arrived at very early in the morning and got nowhere to go until check in time. so I called Dasinem, asked if maybe we could get an (very) early check in and clean up. unexpectedly mas Cahyo (again) said we could! I was so thankful, we could clean up and my 1,5 yo daughter could have some nap before exploring the town.
the room was exquisite, furniture was kind of unfinished yet increased the beauty. I love the "Tegel Kunci" detail on the floor, the kind of tile I've always wanted to have in my own house. the sheet was soft and clean, fresh towels, bathroom was so clean and there's hot water too. but the thing that my daughter love the most was the long fish pond on the outside of the room, she could feed the fish, it was provided by reception. there's beautiful wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, the kitchen and dining area where you can heat your meals or wash dishes. I love the ambiance. definitely gonna come back for more!
