This has been our 5th or 6th stay at 1-11 and the quality, service... the whole package always exceeds our expectations. It’s with dilemma that I write this review as I  wish to keep it our secret hideaway in Seminyak, but I also would want all of you who want a beautifully designed, bespoke luxury experience to book your next stay here.
The staff is impressively accommodating to your every need. The location is close to the main street and they will drop off and pick you up (until 11pm) at your restaurant if walking is not your thing.


Bespoke luxury villa experience

The stay was absolutely excellent from start to finish! The staff is extremely helpful and courteous! I had a late flight out of Bali and I was provided accommodations at a sister location to shower and prepare myself for my journey. This is the kind of service you can come to expect from this amazing group!

Excellent staff, elegant accommodations

Amazing villa.  Huge pool with complete privacy.  Perfect service. Awesome breakfast.  Great spa services at your own private massage parlor.  It's just perfect. Only problem is, when you come here, you won't see much of Bali because you just don't want to leave the villa at all.

Flawless

From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed. The villa is very spacious and beautifully air conditioned in the bedroom and bathroom. It's a welcomed reprieve from the heat. 
The bed, pillows and linen are wonderfully comfortable and we slept incredibly well every night of our 9 night stay. 
All high quality amenities are supplied: sun block, after sun cooler, body moisturisers, shampoos and conditioners, shower gel and bath salts. The shower and bath are huge with fantastic water pressure so that if you desire a bath, the hot water doesn't run out. 
Each day you're given different breakfast choices and it is cooked in the villa kitchen and perfectly presented. The staff manage to do this very discreetly. There's no intrusion and you feel very secure and private within the high walls around the private garden, pool, massage pavilion and villa. Night time is tranquil, there's no noise, the garden lights up and the pool is at a perfect temperature for swimming all day and night. It is literally two steps from every part of the villa. 

The staff are well trained and very respectful, attentive and eager to please. 

One Eleven is approximately a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Seminyak and 15-20minutes to the beach. 

Every aspect of this property, location and service is excellent. 


Excellence at its best 

The villas of One Eleven are an extremely lovely and private experience. There's a serenity to staying here which is completely the opposite experience to the busy and sometimes hectic pace of Seminyak. The staff are wonderful - they are attentive, engaged, beautiful and friendly. The rooms themselves are of course house-proportioned... most of your living area is out of doors and the bedroom and immense bath are in air-conditioned comfort behind glass. The privacy of the pool and the beauty of that courtyard with its integral private spa treatment pavilion are wonderful. You can walk to just about any of the great restaurants and bars in Seminyak... but you may find you don't want to leave your villa that often. The quality of the spa treatments is just exceptional - among the best in Bali. A minor, minor suggestion for improvement might be the breakfast which although it is freshly prepared every morning could be improved with a slightly more fresh approach... cooked breakfast is lovely but not always a great idea in the tropical heat. But we have to say that One Eleven was among the best hotel experiences we have had. A memorable stay.

One Eleven is a terrific private oasis in Seminyak

In general, it was a very good hotel. A quiet, large villa, a good swimming pool, welcoming staff. There was free transportation, which was very convenient for us. Breakfast is prepared every morning in an open kitchen and served very nice. Breakfast was delicious enough, the menu changed every day. We ordered a barbecue once, cooked at our place, it was delicious. For a hotel of this level, as they position themselves, they lack intelligence and attention to detail. We asked for whole grain bread and yogurt without sugar every day. They brought 2 times, 3 times or they didn't understand. In general, if there is a one-time wish, then you have to comply with it automatically so that you don't have to ask for every turn.

A few minor downsides, but overall, great.

There's not much to say about the One Eleven - it's just fantastically beautiful! The villas are really very generous and the design is very harmonious. The equipment is perfect. The pool is great - some school swimming pools can't match the size;-). Not only is the size great, but the separation in the swimming pool and chill area is great. Also the service leaves no wishes open. Breakfast is ordered in the evening with the time indicated and it is then prepared live in the villa's own kitchen. Everything would have been done live!Even small genius changes were always possible. Likewise, the Maxibar did not leave any wishes - it was all really about drinks and snacks, which just popped into one's head. This was very simple and it was perfectly satisfied with every single person, but it would have exploded into the open frame.

It's a beautiful dream.

A good look, a wonderful villa with modern decoration, located close to all the restaurants and bars in the area. Seminyak is quite ugly, but the villa is spectacular, carefully maintained with all the services available. Large and well-maintained swimming pool. Delicious room revice and excellent price. The best out-of-hotel massages, but cheaper. No comparison. Free car service. Breakfast is prepared every morning at the villa, very rich!

In fact, this dream villa is indescribable. The pictures already promise a lot, but being on the ground is even nicer. We also had a three-course menu and a two-by-two hour massage, which we didn't know before. Breakfast was always picked up one day in advance and prepared the next day. The butlers were over-friendly and understood when no help was needed. The reception team was always very friendly and welcoming us again. If I ever went to Seminyak, I would come back here again. A little piece of paradise!

It's a wonderful experience.

Bali is the island of the Gods, a place that brings us very close to paradise on earth, for its landscapes, for its people, for its beaches, for its history... and without a doubt, One Eleven is the place that the gods in Bali would choose for their rest. There is nothing more than to leave the door of One Eleven, and we wanted to return, a place of clean, spacious, large, relaxing, luxurious, and cozy bathroom, and that has everything anyone can desire to have a perfect vacation. The experience in ONE ELEVEN, for its people, for its beaches, for its history... and without a doubt, One Eleven is the place where the gods in Bali would choose to rest.... From there, we have a fantastic restaurant, restaurant, restaurant, restaurant, and restaurant where we want to go, wherever you are, wherever you want to be....
