Dirty, smelly, not maintained, blocked toilet, blocked drains, dirty, mouldy, dirty pool.
As one long term resident said. "They have doubled the price and halved the service."

Poorly maintained.

Great modern bungalows, with a very good kitchen, a large bed, a large bathroom, swimming pool and jungle view very close to the center. One drawback, the wifi is really very poor. So if you have to work remotely at the computer, it's not recommended, if you're on vacation super recommended.

Good place to stay

My friend and I stayed at this place for 4 nights, and our stay was comfortable. The place is situated in centre of ubud with good dining options nearby and all the attractions in the vicinity. The room is quite big with the entrance door facing the pool. Room also has a bath tub. Breakfast was decent but not many good vegetarian options. 

Nice place in heart of ubud. 

Beautiful property near to city center and yet so close to nature. Rooms are spacious and clean. Swimming pool is nice which gives an infinity view. Host is helpful and available for any advice you need. Scooters for rent available at reasonable price. Only feedback that i have for improvement is that utensils in the kitchen were not clean and could not be used well. May be our rooms has that issue, not sure. we stayed 2 nights in same room. Eka is son of Ketut who is the owner and Eka is helpful in arranging everything for your stay. Ketut is also a painter and we got special discount on his painting. I recommend this place. It is actually value for money. They don't have many rooms so peaceful and quite as well

Relaxing and close to city center! Good infinity Pool!

Ketut and his family are very welcoming and very available. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom. The main drawback is the ants that are everywhere but you just have to leave nothing to avoid getting too overwhelmed. Matelas are a little hard to our taste. It's hard to make a full night between the cock and the pool fountains that aren't always cut off. The wifi is good. The pool is very beautiful but not very hot because it's only in the sun in the morning. The ideal location remains (close to the city center without too much passage through this little street)

Good location

Centrally located, but quiet hotel. The room is pretty basic, but the patio and pool are lovely, and an early morning breakfast on the patio is quite nice. They didn't supply any extra pool towels, and the bed only came with a quilt on top of the fitted sheet. The kitchen is very minimally stocked and we did find evidence of a small critter running through our place at night (although we never saw the critter itself).

Quiet, nice hotel

It's a beautiful hidden away little gem with lovely staff. Everything is clean and new and super western. Especially: You can float in their infinity pool and look into the rain forest. I really enjoyed my stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The location is slightly pared down from the main street of the center of Ubud (5 minutes walk), and the atmosphere is quiet and quiet. The rooms overlook the pool and a beautiful forest, you have the idea of being immersed in nature while being in the center. Breakfast is served directly on the terrace in the room.

Pleasant Family Stay

Very hospitable manager, spacious and comfortable room, quiet with swimming pool view. Very nice lunch. Nice swimming pool. Close to the centre and nice shopping. Taxi is offered from the hotel.

It's nice, but the household's not on top.

It has been a hidden gem in Bali. Very relax and quiet without any sounds from traffic but rooster and birds. But yet it is walking distance to yoga barn, radiantly alive and taksu. I am staying for two weeks. First week on the upper floor. Second week the lower floor. The lower floor is beautiful with pool directly in front. However there is more insects to negotiate so beware of that. The six rooms are new built at the back of a family home and shrine, facing a river and Forest. Ubud is beautiful and  very cultural oriented. I was invited to the family ceremonies at their shrine. Cleanliness is the downside. You do need to supervise the two boys to clean the room. Other than that a pleasant stay. Breakfast is good. Bring your own toiletries. Owner would give discount if it is booked directly with them.
