The staff is so friendly and helpful. We loved the huge pool and the area. The room was big,Lovely Breakfast
The Bathroom was really bad Really dirty ..and is really nice bathroom but need a deep cleaning

Really Good -Bathroom need to improve

We loved these amazing bungalows, right in the centre of Ubud with amazing and super friendly owners and family around. We loved the older lady who would always wave and smile at us, as if we were her family. It made us smile every day, thank you so much and we shall be back one day! 

Cannot recommend enough 

We (2 adults, 2 children)spent one night here in August. The bungalows are right in the busy restaurant bar area of town however by the time you walk down the 50 meter walkway to the hotel it is a different world. Peaceful (apart from the ambient buzz of crickets and frogs) and away from the bustle of the town. We booked 2 rooms with 2 doubles in each, these shared a big veranda overlooking the pool. We realised on arriving that as a family with small children we could have just had one room making the already reasonable rate even more reasonable. The rooms were basic but had all the facilities you could want and the decor is definitely unique and suits Ubud. Breakfast was served on our balcony with a smile and was more than adequate. The pool is great and certainly Welcomed after a busy day sightseeing.We would definitely return if in Ubud again. 

Nice spot in central Ubud

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was such a lovely stay - the pool is wonderful to relax by and the bungalow rooms feel private and comfortable. The owners were always so friendly, often going about their family life in the entrance area to the bungalows with their really cute dog and a smile on their face. The ‘room boy’ was great - every morning he brought us a delicious breakfast to our private patio and was always happy to clean the room or help advise places to rent scooters / book taxis etc. They also ordered us a taxi from the airport for 300k which was ideal. Rooms are basic, but considering the price we thought they were perfect. Our only minor negative was that sometimes the shower was lukewarm but it didn’t really bother us. Excellent value for money, great location and couldn’t really ask for more. 

Lovely relaxing place to stay :)

Our room was large, with two beds, ac, a fan and a bathtub. the staff is friendly and considerate and they treat you like family.  Breakfast is good, and is some of the best hotel breakfasts I had in Bali.  The location is convenient and easy to find. Overall a great place to stay for your money.

A good place to stay for cheap

In a very central Ubud location this particular accommodation is one i would thoroughly recommend for anyone who wants a laid back vibe at affordable prices.

The staff are incredibly accommodating, smiling whenever they pass you by with the surrounding gardens being beautiful with ponds, little stone bridges and plenty of trees to boot whilst overlooking lush paddy fields. (I was there in season).

the surrounding area has all the Ubud offers with great dining, bars, shops, spas and more. An excellent spot- i'll be returning next time i swing by Ubud.

Quiet, relaxed, affordable.

My stay at the Warsi was very nice. I was looking for an affordable option to set down my backpack for a week and explore the city. The location of the Warsi is excellent! It is right in the heart of Ubud! The upper floor rooms have beautiful views of bright green rice fields which I was able to enjoy from my own private terrace while eating the breakfast that was brought up for me each morning (it was simple but it was very nice having hot coffee served to me as soon as I woke up). Although the rooms have some older furniture and decor, the Balinese architecture, artwork, and charm make up for it - and they are massive with high ceilings and lots of space! There is also a lovely coy pond and a beautiful garden right out side the rooms. The friendly and helpful staff were definitely the best part about the Warsi! I highly recommend!

Lovely views, relaxing and affordable!

After coming to Warsis for the last few years, this is our home away from home, for us. Welcomed by Ibu Warsi, every year, we find that Warsis gives you a more upmarket Losmen, in the old style of Family compound with A.C  and fans. This central location opposite the football field on Monkey forest Jl., is a wonderful time to watch the passing parade of locals and football afficionados. WARSIS and Rai, #2 son organises and sponsors the local children's football competition through the school holidays. A great family place, 2 double beds in most rooms, one upstairs has only a large bed. Beds are very comfortable, and with the SHWRS/BATH withHW, it is so quiet in the garden overlooking the rice field, you would hardly know you are in Ubud, especially at peak hour. Warsi and her family really give you a great induction into Balinese life and their take onthis esespeci'al culture. Room cleaning will be done at your request, with clean towels, etc. Staff are always helpful

Balinese family wonderful

We arrived at 12 in the Morning with our heavy bags and I found this place and ask for the price. It was 250.000 Rp per night in the Main street of Ubud.

We saw the bungalow in the 2nd floor and 1 minute was enough to realize that it was a great opportunity! That, probable, we won't find sth else better.

I had to go to the postoffice and they told me to take me there with their mopet for free. 
They give you towelss and toilette paper whenever you need and there's always one person in the corridos 24h a day to help you.

Is close to the Monkey Temple, the Main market, the trance dance...
I reccomend to eat in Toro Sushi Cafe and to go rafting in the river Ayong, loads of companiies in the street have that service, is very popular.

The breakfast is excellent and they take it to your balcony at the time you want, you just have to tell them.
