The owner is so lovely and gave us fresh boiling water every morning and attended to every need. Brilliant location, on a busy street (so a lot going on), but the sounds from the street were not a problem at all! Very clean room and clean and spacious shower room. We rang her up before and she gave us the room for rp 170000, which is an amazing price!! We did not have breakfast (out of choice as it was rp 30000 more) brilliant place to stay. 

Brilliant stay!!

Located next to Hanoman Street and is near to supermarket, convenience store, and restaurants. Walking distance to Ubud Market and Monkey Forest. I purposely chose the room nearest to the street. Could hear a bit of the sound of vehicles passing thru the street during the day, but the sound is negligible after midnight (my rest and sleep was not disturbed by the sound). The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is also large with non-slippery tiles, and has enough space to wash and dry your clothes. The are two small tables and chairs at the front of the room to   sunlight and drink. 

Very Comfortable, Large Space, and Strategic Location 

I really wanted to give this place a 5 star BUT a couple things happened that I could not get past. I stayed out a little late one night (before midnight) and arrived to being locked out. I was never told there was a curfew. I banged on door for 20 minutes before someone unlocked, I was then accused of "waking them up".Dont you have 24hr reception displayed on your booking site....and if  you do have a curfew, shouldnt you be telling your guests?? I then needed some hot water from the reception area and was greeted by the owners Pitbull aggressively barking at me less than a foot away from me. The owner came out and saw I was as stiff as a board because I felt endangered by the dog. She the starts petting him, says, "good boy" and returns back to her room without saying anything to me. The dog is out in reception area 24/7 so if you have any questions or need water be prepared to be greeted by this aggressive dog every time. I was seriously offended.

Beware of Pitbull guard dog!

The locations is good, not in the center and not in the middle of nowhere. 
Me and my friend stayed 4 nights, shared a room with a big bed(you could fit 3 ppl in it), AC, a fan, a clean bathroom and a porch there we had free coffee n tea everyday. 

You have restaurants and ATM close and right outside, you can book a tour. 
The back street is good if you are new on a motorbike, you cam also rent from them. 

The owner is the sweetest lady, she gave us tips everyday on what was going on in Ubud. 

Overall. Really liked it here. It is cheap and if you are sharing with someone it's REALLY cheap. 
Loved the breakfast(included everyday) on the porch with a cup of tea and coffee. 
Best way to start a day of adventure!
