Really nice place

It‘s realy simpel the rooms for a single person are small but i like it like this. Clean good room with a hard Bed and Fan. You can ask for a moskitonet. Beautyfull little garden and nice refreshing pool breakfast included.

Like to stay simpel 

We had a wonderful stay at Nextdoor. Very nice and helpfull staff. They booked our train ticket which saved us a lot of time. Really nice breakfast and a small but o so nice swimming pool. 
Highly recommended, you won’t regret it.

Hideaway in yogyakarta, quiet and out of the traffic of the city yet super close to everything.

The staff are amazing and very social.

There is a lot of mosquitoes, they provide mosquito net for free.

Cozy

I stayed at Nextdoor Homestay for 4 nights and I absolute loved it. This place is so cosy and has a great location. It is literally 2 minutes away from the backpacker Street where you find loads of restaurants (I reccommend Via Via). If you want to visit other locations such as Malioboro street (for some shopping) you’ll just order a Grab scooter and you’ll be there in like 10 minutes. The staff can help you with that by the way. And, you don’t hear noise in the Homestay, it is peaceful. 

The staff is so nice and helpful. They always want to chat a bit and they will remember your name and always ask how your day was. They also have helpful tips and can arrange everything for you, such as laundry or buying show tickets or arranging a driver. Without charging too much. So thrustworthy, I really appreciate that. And they are fun!! 

The rooms are great, very clean and nice. You can choose between fan or airco and all the rooms looked great. The pool is my favorite, after a day of excursions I loved to take a dip and relax. Nextdoor really is a hidden paradise and it was my favorite stay in Java. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The BEST place to stay in Yogja!!

A very nice place , close to centre, very pretty rooms, cozy,, nicely decorated, superb staff, tucked away in some small gang, but easy to reach, swimming pool, and close to the best restaurants in Yogyakarta
