We came at the end of the year. We didnt realise that the family room is vip room. Their receptionist is actually in their resto. Room is big...their living dining is kinda "ope n" but their view with lotus pond and ricefield with mountain view is superb.

Vip room is huge can fit into 6pax
View is the best

Minus:
Their living room is kinda open n close to the main street so noise n bugs could disturb ur serenity

Scenery like in ubud bali

We were there since 09-11 July 2016. The staff was warm-hearted. They waited us for a super late checked-in. 

The room is spacious enough for a couples. Very recommended because the location is strategic, not too far from Mendut Temple and Borobudur Temple. And you can find a good view here in the morning. 

The staffs able to assist you to see a morning sunrise in Punthuk Setumbuk area (nearby Borobudur) for a perfect sunrise ever with additional cost. 

Thank you very much for the assistance and for sure will be back again with my loved one! 

Hotel with a Paddy's Field view 

We stayed here only one night and loved this place. Hotel is located few kilometres from Borobodur template between rice fields. It is very quiet place although located right next to the main road. Rooms are big, comfort and have two porches (one in front and the other in the back, with field coming almost into the room). Staff is really great. They let us borrow their scooter in the middle of the night. If I'm in Borobodur ever again, that's were I'll stay. 

Lovely place 

Paddy fields, this area surrounded by paddy fields. Very nice, calm environment, away from city life. Pretty quiet after 1800 (Indonesian time). We are 3 people, my wife, my in-law and me, we took the VVIP Suites, 2 bedroom, very nice view, Other rooms are like motels. Have their own restaurant, eating is not a problem (if you can eat anything). Most of the time I just order a fried or soup IndoMee (I try not to eat rice actually), they do have rice. The area are surrounded by paddy fields. Therefore the view is exceptional. For those who never saw or been near paddy fields, this is going to be your unforgettable experience. A pool of lotus or water lily really catch my eyes during this vacation. Please don't expect any nightlife near this place as it is quite far (an hour journey) from Yogyakarta Airport. This is a place of serenity, place of romance. To be relaxed and away from your busy life.

Decent Accommodation, Outstanding View

The hotel is located a few kilometers from Borobudur temple. If you drive by your car, it's not a problem. Everything was nice. The rooms are rooms with their own exit to the street and backyard (rice field). The room was spacious and clean, there was a bottle of drinking water, toiletries. The bed is large, the underwear is fresh. The air conditioner worked. The breakfast was typical Indonesian - rice, vegetables, chicken, cooked egg. We ate with pleasure and we liked it. With such a low price for a night - very good quality!!! We didn't even expect. There was plenty of parking space for cars.

The room and ensuite were clean and tidy. However, there were a couple of cockroaches.
We arrived late in the evening and although the guy on reception did not speak much English, between him and the taxi driver, we got to our room OK.
Because of our arrival discussions, we found that the staff the next morning (a good breakfast as part of the tarrif), advised us that they would organise a guide and scooters for a tour of Borobudur and a couple of local temples. They also provided, for a fee, a ride back to the airport.
A worry-free visit to Borobudur.
