It is better to call this place a motel! Not hotel. Even though I saw much cleaner and nicer motels than this place. It seemed no maintenance has done, not proper cleaning! For sure, I never come back to this called place”International Hotel”.

Worst place to stay

Where to start. I was switched from room to room 3 times. So you can imagine how quickly that ruined that date.
Understandably I then asked for a refund for such terrible service and was refused. I’m including the photo. the rooms are in poor condition and everything is very dirty. The door did not seem secure and was not evened out so bugs got in easily.

Worst Experiences Ever

Very bad experience. Their rates are different according to your country of origin. I was given a price and when I showed my French passport, I was told that it would be 10€ more per night. 

There is a huge gap between their reception hall and their rooms which are just depressing. Look at the pictures by yourself. 

The staff at the reception were also disagreeable & stubborn! 

Of course, I will never ever put foot there again!

Every day worse than before. Without good management everything is destroying.  It is a school now to learn  child! Cause to save budget.  There is no soap, so dirty  Without special menu,  closed their old restaurants. So upset for the situation

Upset situation

Two weeks ago I stayed in this hotel, if you want thrown your money you must stay here. Reception personal behavior were very bad and un polite, room was very old and uncomfortable, no cooling system, no hand towel no hand soap

It was awful and very bad experience 

The hotel is poorly maintained, the staff act nonprofessionally and are anything but cordial. Even straightright rude. Old carpets smell. Airconditioning just makes an annoying constant noise without cooling the least bit. The free breakfast is poor quality, omelet  is too salty. It's obvious there is no one striving for quality in this government subsidized poorly managed organization.

I had a terrible experience at Laleh Hotel in Tehran. The beds were dirty, the bathroom had plumbing issues, there were no towels in the bathroom, the blankets were filthy, there was no tea or coffee service, and the staff were very rude and unprofessional. This hotel is more like a guest house than a hotel. I do not recommend it to anyone.

It was really worst hotel i ever stayed.
Absolutely no standard.doors of bathroom was broken from inside.old bathroom tabs.whole hotel needs to be renovate.food was good.we ordered dinner, it was very good.breakfast was also good.staff doesn't understand English.we did payment in advance while we checked in but while check out they ask us to pay for extra bed telling that we are three,we have to pay for our daughter's bed.but we didn't pay .we asked for late check out first staff said ok and his duty time finish.while we were checking out staff was different,they ask us to pay for late check out and we paid for it.as they were not giving our passports.whole iran trip was amazing but this hotel really troubled us while leaving 

Horrible stay 

I am not sure how the hotel got 5 star rating.
It ia less than 1 star. Absolutely nightmare.
We booked for 15 nights but we left the very first morning. It was absolute nightmare room. Look at the pictures I took:

My worst hotel experience.  From the first time you enter, you are faced with tired and rude staff.  You can smell the dampness of the whole hotel.  Very dirty and smelly room.  It was not cleaned at all.  The only positive thing here is the proximity to the downtown administrative center.
