Host said we could check in at 10 AM we got there at 2 room wasn’t ready. 
She said we won’t be getting full breakfast first AM she was going to be away. got a continental breakfast. It almost made us sick when we saw it. ( see photos) we did talk to her about it she apologized said her niece had that color hair that was in the scones.( niece put them out for us. Yogurt was opened and some out.no tea or coffee. Made toast and saw we didn’t have butter for it.She said her niece couldn’t find it in the refrigerator.went back to our room didn’t eat. In the room we had  a jar with a little coffee in that was also used by someone.no milk or sugar for the coffee.no tea. And again had nothing for breakfast.😪
I went into bathroom couldn’t get out door knob broke.( see photo) my husband had to open from the outside.Knobs broke on furniture had a dog that would jump on you .We had no choice but to stay the two nights my husband got covid .The orange juice didn’t even have a glass full in the picture.The host apologize profusely the morning we checked out. The room was nothing like the photos on the site .o even a bedside lamp.we deserve a refund from this place.

Worst bed and breakfast we ever stayed at.

Located near Bunratty castle and a short drive to Shannon Airport or Limerick City. This is a beautiful, clean, spacious B&B with a superb host--Patricia. We were welcomed and made to feel comfortable immediately. The rooms were immaculate, and the breakfasts were terrific. Enjoy the location overlooking open fields. Not far from "Durty Nellies" and the "Blarney Woolen Mills" Truly a top-notch accommodation.

Beautiful Location, wonderful Host

People make the difference!  Lorraine could not have been any warmer, accomodating, friendly, helpful, clean. 
 Comfortable bed (why can't we find these mattresses at home??)  Good water pressure in the shower,
excellent breakfasts, good recommendations for local restaurants, helped us with taxis (a bit outside of town if you don't have a car like us).  Only about 10 minutes from Shannon airport.  I miss you, Lorraine!

Very homey

Patricia is the perfect hostess, and you'll love the charm of this B&B. The rooms are each unique with comfortable beds and bathrooms.
The evening wine visits and hot Irish breakfasts are just what you want when you're visiting Ireland. It's a cozy house with a large garden in the back, and it's within walking distance of the castle and the shopping and restaurants in town. 
Excellent value!

Great Place To Stay When You Arrive in Shannon

This is a cosy and welcoming B&B. It is very traditional in decor and Patricia, the host, is very friendly and accommodating. 

We stay for two nights; we arrived after midnight (due to flight delays) and everything worked as planned re accessing the property and our room. 

Breakfasts start with a small choice of fresh fruit or cereal, juice and then a full cooked breakfast is served. You can choose whether you want the full breakfast or just parts of it. 

Breakfast tables are set for four so it's a good opportunity to get to know your fellow guests. 

We enjoyed our short stay here.

Cosy and traditional B&B

We booked this B&B for a triple room.  When we arrived we were told that they gave away our triple room.  They did offer to split us up, on separate floors, but that is not what we booked.  Patricia did try to be accommodating and made up another room upstairs down the hall, next to one of the rooms we were staying in. So, we ended up having the entire upstairs to ourselves at the same price.  It was disappointing that we didn't get the room we had thought we booked though.  Wasn't here very long, we left out at 5am in the morning.  Patricia did leave breakfast snacks out for us, very nice.  In the bathroom it was communal amenities such as the shower wash.  I prefer to have individual that no one else has used.  But everything was clean.  But overall, not a bad place to stay.  The price was right and Patricia was very nice.

Mostly charming but a mishap.. didn't get the family room we booked

We stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast in 2016 as part of an Inishfree Music Tour, and will be staying there again this coming August ( our second Inishfree Music Tour!)
Rooms were super clean and cozy, breakfast was delicious, our hostess, Patricia, was delightful and so accommodating and friendly, and I fell in love with her dog, Molly.
Can't wait to come back and stay here!

Charming B&B and Hostess ( and dog! )

This was my 2nd stay at this B & B. It couldn't have been nicer. Patricia is a wonderfully accommodating hostess/proprietor. Very comfortable. Great location. My daughter and I traveled with the Innishfree Music tour. Traveling from the US leaves you a bit tired as we arrive very early. We were able to take a quiet nap before venturing out. We highly recommend it. Thanks Patricia!

We arrived one morning after flying all night from the US.  Patricia (our host) was very welcoming and friendly.  She suggested a quick nap to help acclimate before venturing out and we took advantage of that.  Worked wonders, we went on down to the Bunratty Castle afterwards (nice walk) and then enjoyed a nice glass of wine that afternoon and got acquainted with the other guests.  Very nice room, quiet, and very clean.

Great stop!

We spent our first night of eleven in Ireland at Bunratty Heights.  A small but comfortable B&B and it's owner Partricia was delightful. Since it was raining and the road back into the village is very narrow, Patricia drove us into town and picked us up.  My only complaint is that the bathroom was quite small.  Breakfast was very good.  Would stay there again if i return int he future
