Have stayed here many times especially around Christmas. It is an easy walk from the main shopping area and close to many pubs and restaurants.  The airport bus stop is also a short distance away.  Good value hotel.

Very convenient location

This place was pretty much as it promised: comfortable room and convenient location. No frills but fine for a quick overnight stay.
Staff gave a great recommendation for a local pub which we enjoyed immensely!
Our only issue was that breakfast was off-site. The cafe we were sent to was very good, but it meant we had to be dressed properly - I normally wander down to breakfast in socks!
Otherwise, it was fine and would use again.

Very good

Travelodge St Stephen's Green is an excellent choice as it's in the city centre, it's great value and the rooms are lovely. The service from Sarah at reception was excellent. There is parking provided at the Stephen's Green shopping centre car park for €20 for the night. 

Great value city centre location

Room very comfortable and very clean. Only thing there was no hairdryer and no slip mat for the inside of the bath which was extremely slippery. Staff friendly and obliging. Location perfect. Restaurants and shop round the corner.

Comfortable and affordable

We stayed here for a family do in late November. Very easy to find and very good service. The hotel staff looked after us and our dogs with diligence and care. We had everything that we needed and for three nights they treated us like celebs. Good experience and great value. Highly reckon recommended

Hidden gem

I have stayed in this hotel many times due to its convenience to the city centre. The hotel accommodation is very basic but it is normally acceptable. However, after my last stay I will be seriously considering ever staying at a Travelodge again. The carpets in this room were the worst I have ever seen. They were disgustingly filthy. I have never seen anything as bad and that's saying something!

Dirty Room

hotel was clean and warm  The girl at reception was very helpful and friendly her knowledge of Dublin and Kildare was amazing giving us tips on how to get about Dublin. 
The only downsize was that it cost 60 Euros for car park for 3 days even with hotel discount , this would put me off from coming back.

mid week break

This hotel is basic but that's reflected in the price. The location is central and the staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful. Unlike some other Dublin hotels, there's no nightclub so I've always had a good night's sleep here.

Good Hotel in the heart of the city

It is not a cheap place to stay in Dublin so this travelodge is a handy place to stay if you are looking for a cheaper hotel near the centre.The hotel receptionist was very kind and very helpful and even let us check in to our room two hours early, which we was really pleased about because it was raining and we and been traveling six hours to get here. It is quite close the centre so you don't need to walk far to get to all the attractions or stagger back to hotel after a few drinks. There is no restaurant on site but there is a lovely breakfast cafe a few minutes away from the front door. The room itself was quite big,very warm, a lovely shower and we found no problems within our two night stay, I would recommend this hotel if you staying in Dublin.
