In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 8 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Oil and electricity are charged on the spot according to consumption. It is at home transfer a deposit in the amount of €200 in cash to the administrator to pay. The additional costs incurred will be deducted at home return of the deposit. - The exact key position is to be requested in time before taking over the house by telephone. - TV: there are only German TV programs - The bathroom is very small. - We recommend booking this accommodation for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 15 due to the small bathroom. For 4 adults or 2 couples rather unsuitable. - Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them on site for an additional fee of EUR 10 per set. Linen and towels can also be rented separately, at an extra fee of GBP 4.
