The hosts here were lovely people and very helpful. Our room was a good size and very comfortable plus warm. The bathroom was very big. The place was very clean and the breakfast was lovely.
Good car parking at the house. Also walking distance from town centre.
I recommend this place.

Lovely Stay

Everything is perfect, large room with cabinet, large bathroom, everything very clean, large private parking lot, excellent position to reach the center with a 10-minute walk, good breakfast and small buffet, excellent quality price ratio, recommended!

Perfect for our motorcycle living room!

Firstly, we had two days in Killarney - you need three.  We stayed at Ashville House which from a location point of view was excellent.  Just 100 metres from the top of the high street and a very easy and pleasant stroll to all restaurants and shopping. Room was clean, spacious and well appointed.  Breakfast well organised and filling. Best of all our host answered any questions we had and offered great advice on where to go, how to go and what we would see.  Followed all directions and were never once disappointed.  Just a fabulous stay and in a location and facilities which were excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ashville House! Our host, Declan, welcomed us and provided us with comprehensive recommendations and information about our planned activities. The entire inn is immaculate and well appointed and breakfast was lovely! The location is perfect- you can walk to everything in Killarney, but it isn't noisy and there's easy parking.

Welcoming, clean, comfortable and convenient!

Ashville House is a bed and breakfast in Killarney. We stayed for three nights in July 2023. Checking in, we were greeted by Larry with a warm handshake and information about our stay. The room we had was small, which wasn’t an issue for us. The beds were soft with puffy covers. There were the usual tea and coffee set for us. We didn’t try the instant coffee but the teas was lovely and a little biscuit was on the tray. The bathroom was small and beautifully appointed and was crystalline clean. The shower was HOT and wonderful after long days of traveling. After a good night sleep we had breakfast and met one of the owners. His wife was busy in the kitchen making tempting dishes for a hot meal and there was a cold buffet provided with fruit, cereals and breads. We tried many of the menu items and they were all delicious. I’ll admit the scrambled eggs were better than my own cooking. The porridge was exceptionally creamy. The service by Brenda was efficient at the same time that she took time to be friendly and personable (she’s a sweetheart). The owner, Declan, went out of his way to make suggestions and gave us directions that saved us a lot of grief. All in all, we felt pampered and rejuvenated by our stay at the Ashville House.

The room was large enough with  comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water and pressure, fast internet. The breakfasts were outstanding with wide choices and excellent service. The location with a 5 minute walk to   a plethora of restaurants and pubs is super convenient after a day of driving.  Most important was the attitude, friendliness and hospitality extended by Declan and his spouse and staff. Our favorite owners on  our ten day trip! Five star plus !

Great experience in a super B & B!

Beautiful place with a nature park included, ideal place to spend a few days in amazing places a few meters from this magnificent hotel house, super quiet, everything surrounded by green, the purest Irish style of the area, with exquisite taste and brutal cleaning,, no complaints, todo elogios, from the treat till the breakfast, large room with a dressing room included to leave clothes and suitcases, comfortable beds, clean and spacious bathroom, with bathtub no shower plate, no doubt to repeat, congratulations to the person who manages this hotel,, at the height of any 5 star Spain type.

The was the best B&B I’ve stayed in.  I have made many trips to Ireland before this trip.The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. of all the choices for breakfast I highly recommend the crepe like pancakes with a choice of toppings. There are many other choices available also. The owners were fantastic. They provided tons of recommendations for sightseeing and dining..  The proximity to 
the ring of Kerry couldn’t be better and a must to do. If you’re going to Killarney this is where you should stay.

Excellent, owners were very pleasant, talkative and had good recommendations for places to visit , area was great and lots of things to do , the ring of Kerry was outstanding a must to see , it’s a must place to visit and stay , also there’s all the hot water you need just like the states , thanks for all Gary l
