Some may classify the Unit 22 accommodations as “rustic,” but simple and comfortable would be more accurate.  It appeared to have been renovated in the past couple of years, with a fairly large refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer…all of which worked to our satisfaction.  The beds are comfortable but firm.   The location is in a quiet, picturesque, countryside setting, about 15-30 minutes of easy driving from Killarney itself.  The local pub is a friendly place with a few beer taps (Guiness and Coors?!?!?!...what a combination) and a fine selection of single-malt Irish whiskeys.  Calling it a Country Club is a bit of a stretch, as there are no recreation facilities on site; however, Killarney and the other nearby townd offer plenty of activities to offer.  All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Unit 22 - Simple, but comfortable for a week's stay

We had a great week in a 2 bed 2 bath cottage. Everything was great, highly recommended. Clean and very comfortable. On site bar is well worth a visit. You do need a car, it is 10K outside Killarney. We really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was great

Top quality accommodation 

We booked a weeks stay here through Interval when there was little choice due to rising prices following lock down. The journey from the ferry port was long. However we were glad we had the car as it was necessary to travel into Killarney in the evening to visit restaurants. On arrival at the cottage we were delighted to find a spacious clean cottage with well stocked kitchen,comfortable lounge, Two bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy bed and  all together exactly what you need  for a home from home. We went to the bar on site. No food was served which was disappointing. However  the bar in September was very quiet except for Saturdays. Overall I would recommend Country club but a car is necessary to see the wonderful ring of Kerry and stunning attractions around.

Lovely cottage for a short stay in Killarney

Arrived 24th December as I was working during Xmas. Left at 8pm slept in my car at 0oc freezing cold
Would be an understatement to say the house was disgusting. 
Oven wasn't cleaned trays were full of oil and food. Microwave the same never cleaned a used hair clip under it. Cover left was old moldy and hard there for a year I'd say. Cutlery drawer and cutlery filthy cups were all brown list could go on. Toilet had faeces never cleaned. Used toothpaste left in bathroom in filthy cup. Window in bedroom wouldn't open as handle was broken. No television under sofas were used cutlery and food dirty black bucket in middle of floor. Table cloth filthy.outside back door used nappies side of house used as a dump with rats running around 
Positive side he did top up electricity. Couldn't get him on phone.
In a global pandemic and people trying their best to stay safe and prevent more deaths. I could have picked up anything in that house and passed it on to my patients.
Total con man who is only interested in money.

Avoid This place

You are about a 10 minutes drive from downtown Killarney. There are 5 units available to guests of about 30 townhouses. One of the best features is the Faha Pub that is right on the property. The unit was clean and was plenty of room for our family of 2 young adult kids and parents. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs. Living room, eat-in kitchen and half bath downstairs. Quiet, quaint, and a great home base for visiting all that the beautiful Killarney area offers.

Quaint Home Base for Family

We've spent two nights here. It's a nice little multi-apartment complex. We were very well equipped and had two rooms. For four people, it's perfect. The site is nice and the view of the mountains adds to the pleasure... we recommend

Ideal for families with two children, everything clean and tidy, nail-fitting equipment in the kitchen, plenty of space, comfortable and comfortable, only it's a shame you're too far on foot, driving to Killarney, no problem, the pub on the premises is friendly, clean and helpful, no noise was heard.

Very nice and quiet plant

Self Catering Accomodation was perfect as a base for exploring South West Ireland.  Plenty of space for our family of 5.  Kids enjoyed playing in back garden and around the extensive grounds. Accomodation was very clean and well maintained. The city of Killarney is fantastic with a National Park within it. Had to drive approx. 2 or 3 miles to get to Killarney from where we were staying. Will definitely return here.

Perfect base for exploring the area

We stayed for just under a week and found the place clean, and comfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked.
The white appliances needed updating and the cooker was old but all worked fine.
It is basic and with no WiFi made the evenings a little boring. The TV service had no Irish channels available so it was the BBC for entertainment.
The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable.
The water pressure was poor so the morning jog was around the shower and not the park.
It's location is 20mins from Killarney or 15 mins from Milltown.
It's an ideal base for the explorer with a car and you definitely need a car.
There is a bar on site with changeable opening hours but the indoor pool is not in use and empty of water.
The grounds need tending and are overgrown and I feel with a little TLC this place could be a gold mine.
The views are amazing and with the right management this place could deserve a five point rating.

A little T.L.C goes a long way.

This is a hidden gem of a vacation getaway.  The spacious 2-bedroom townhouse style accommodations provide sleeping room for up to six people and are clean, comfortable, and quiet while only 15 minutes from busy downtown Killarney.  The surrounding countryside is beautiful with lots of scope for interesting day trips that will provide wonderful memories.  With the exception of a pub, there are no amenities on-site, not even a phone to disturb you.  Restaurants and grocery stores are only a short drive away.
