What was good

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. In particular, Eoin, who was on the front desk. The kids loved their free hot chocolate delivered to the room at bedtime! Pool and spa were fantastic.

What was bad

The rain!!... But there was plenty to do to pass the time in the hotel.
