Absolutely gorgeous place the house is so clean and tidy and so cosy and hottub is so relaxing and clean Dolores is such a lovely friendly host absolutely fanastic place to chill out and relax you won't be disappointed 

Relaxing get-away 

As a large family group we rented 2 cottages, 1 with hot tub and sauna. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by our host Dolores who showed us all the amenities, heating and hot water. The cottages are fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a break away. They have plenty of room and all 12 of us were able to enjoy evenings together. The hot tub and sauna are amazing...in fact I haven't come across a more impressive tub! The garden is a great size and the younger members of our group loved the play area. If you are thinking of a family get together..this is the ideal spot. Do not worry too much of cost of electricity and gas, we found this very reasonable. Just down the road is a Lidl if you forget something. Thank you again Dolores for your wonderful hospitality

We had an absolutely wonderful experience.
Our own personal use of a hot tub and sauna, truly relaxing .
Wonderful amenities locally.
Dolores is an amazing host .
The cottage is fully catered for an excellent stay .

No 3 millstone cottsges

We stayed at millstone cottages for 2 nights, the house is fantastic, hot tub,sauna big roaring fire, really comfortable beds, there's not one thing I could complain about. The owners Dolores and Danny go above and beyond to make sure your stay is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them. The house has brilliant countryside views but you're still close to shops and restaurants. If you are thinking of going to Donegal book millstone cottages because you certainly won't be disappointed. It also has a wee playground for kids which I forgot about as our kids are now in their late teens. We have stayed in a few holiday homes over the years but this one is premier league compared to anything else, just give it a try you won't be disappointed and the value for money is great too, by the way I'm not the owner, we have fell in love with the place and will certainly be back when we can.

Fantastic

This was the ultimate home from home. Welcomed with a roaring fire and a beautiful house. Dolores met us to go through some things and tell us a bit about the area very informative. Nice big house with loads of room for the 5 of us. Booked the cottage with the hot tub and it did not disappoint, made great use of that. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back. Thank you Dolores for everything x

Home From Home 

Spotless and very well equipped holiday homes. Beds are extremely comfortable for a great nights sleep. Great location for beaches, golf and walking. We loved the hot tub & sauna in number 3 which made for a very relaxing few days. Dolores even had the fire lit on our arrival and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay when we needed anything. Enjoyed the chats and only downside was that we had to go home!! Relaxing weekend in beautiful Donegal…

Stayed here for 5 nights as a family with 3 children. Houses are ideal, spotlessly clean and have everything you require. Well located with lovely beach spots a short drive away. We loved rathmullen and portsalon. Playground on site was a major added bonus for our children. Would definitely recommend these holiday homes. Thanks so much to Delorus and Danny for all the good tips about the local area. We had a fab holiday.

I brought 8 friends to play golf in June in County Donegal. We stayed a week at the Millstone Cottages, taking all three cottages so we all had a private bedroom.  It was a perfect choice for the group- centrally located on a lovely country road and very comfortable.  Cottages were clean and well equipped

Excellent home base for Donegal golf

Stayed at millstone cottages from Friday to Sunday, I recommend these cottages so highly, everything you need is there, close to everything, peaceful beautiful location. Dolores and Danny make you feel more like family than guests and nothing is too much hassle for them. If going to Donegal book here , I promise you will not be disappointed, also there's no hidden cost like oil or electricity,  everything is in black and white on the form you complete on booking, if you don't see it maybe pay specsavers a wee visit, thanks Dolores and Danny again for a brilliant time.

Stunning cottages

Dolores met us at the cottage on the day of arrival, she was very friendly and made us feel right at home, the cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. she has a wealth of knowledge about the area, it was like having a personal tour guide. She was also very tech savvy lol. We can’t wait to go back.
