Wemt with my friends for dinner last week. after the meal we relaxed a while as the hotel was not busy that day, only 2 people apart from our group at the bar. We were approached by a member of staff that looked at her watch impatiently and asked " did we want anything else"
Thi was the most uncomfortable experince we ever had and implied the attitude " you had dinner now time ye went". Absolutely astonishing ignorance.

It was a great stay. Ursula was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed as we had a 30th party on in town. Ursula said she would get a taxi for us but due to the Irish rugby being on , no taxis were available. However, Ursula and her husband organised for him to drive us in town, doing 2 runs so we would be on time. Great hotel with great food.

We come here occasionally for dinner or lunch and the food is always good. Came here for lunch today with my husband and we both ordered the vol au vents.
Service was quick and the waiter friendly. The food came out and we couldn't get over the size of the portions, I couldn't finish mine!
The vol au vents were absolutely delicious, really tasty with loads of chicken. A nice side salad and a massive portion of chips also came with it. It was €12.50 for the lunch which was really good value. We will definitely be back:)

JUST the right place to stay as Hannon,s Hotel  Offer good food and good staff to look after people propperly , That made our stay worth while with kindness  and comfort ,  THANKS TO ALL. P&B  WICKLOW.

EXECELLENT..

We have stayed in Hannon's hotel 4 times. The service was excellent and the staff  very helpful. It is only a few minutes away from Roscommon Town.
The breakfast was very well cooked with lots of options and generous portions. There were vegetarian choices too. The staff went out of their way to help my elderly parents. We will stay again when we return to Roscommon

Excellent Customer Service

I booked a bus party of 33 into Hannon's Hotel for a 2 night stay. We were booked on a B&B basis with one evening meal on the Saturday night. From the first minute when I made initial contact with Steven on the main desk to make our booking until we checked out on the Sunday we were looked after fantastically. The staff in the bar were great craic especially Padraic who got on so well with everyone. The rooms were spacious, clean and had every requirement. The breakfast in the morning delicious and you could see it was freshly cooked not keep up for hours on some hot plate. We had a four course meal on the Saturday night which was cooked to perfection and exceptionally good value. I closing I would not hesitate to book Hannon's Hotel and I commend Steven and his team for making our stay so great. PS The whole package was extremely good value  compared to other hotels in the area. 

Bus Tour of 33 people for a weekend

We went as a group of 12 for a three course meal  , food was absolutely fabulous, massive credit to ursula. , the Hannon family and staff .  Every time we attend here we are looked after so well

Fabulous Food

Travelled from London to visit family in Roscommon, had stayed in Hannon’s previously pre lockdown and had been very impressed. Our stay was not recommended and would not recommend this hotel as value for money. On arrival the rooms were very cold, hotel was dated, toilet door completely jammed and it took two of us to force the door open. No extra blankets, one toilet roll per couple for 2 days, no toilet brush, very basic. When we lift to visit an unwell relative we received a phone call advising that one payment had not gone through and we were asked to return to the hotel only to be told it was their error. On our return to Roscommon we won’t be staying here, very poor. 

Very disappointed

Went for Lunch, while thier was a lot ot staff "working"  The whole process was disjointed and lacked clear management.   The food varied from good to average, the portion sizes were small,  my kids meal was the same as a adult.   Mixed up a drinks order twice and food came at different times and mine without veg until i asked

Average Service,

I attended a wedding in hannons hotel a couple of days ago, the food was delicious and our server dylan was the most pleasant and helpful young man. He made our experience very comfortable. Would definitely return
