We stayed for a few nights as it was close to family and you will go a long way to find a better B&B , Anne and Martins hospitality is second to none they really go the extra mile which is a refreshing change in todays world.
Be warned you will need to join Slimming World after Annes cooked breakfast which are delicious and well presented, room and en suite are first class and I think you will find its reasonably priced for the service provided.
I would highly recommend a stay here as it's also close to the town centre for all your requirements,  all in all a great place...go on give it a try.

Up there with the best.

The beds are firm and so comfortable, also the linen felt very good quality. The rooms are spacious and good amount of storage. They are cleaned daily . Bathroom large wheelchair friendly 
Good choices for breakfast,  fruit, cereals, toast full cooked Irish breakfast, as an alternative we had the most delicious porridge one day.
Anne the owner was an encyclopedia of knowledge for places to visit. Absolutely fabulous stay and looking forward to when we go back again next year

Absolutely Fantastic

Excellent hostess. She was very warm and inviting.  Also, she was knowledgeable and helpful about Ireland. The room and bathroom were very clean as well as handicapped accessible. She and her husband run the B&B and I highly recommend them.

Best B&B in the area

We spent almost 3 weeks touring Eire and this was the best of many BnBs we stayed in. The place was immaculate. The bed was so comfortable with soft pillows. The bathroom actually had enough space to turn around in. Breakfast was very good. But the best was the host: AnneO’Connor. She was a delight. She searched for and found us our nextBnB and phoned to book it for us. She made us feel like family.  

A host we would invite to our own home.

A nice, tidy warm and CLEAN place to rest after a long day of travel and departing the ferry.
Our hostess was super nice and helpful.
And what a view!
If you are going to arrive late, bring food.  You can prepare it there and there’s not much for choices to stock up.

Great rest spot after the ferry.

We had a quiet night at this wonderfull place. Ann is a perfect and friendly  host. Ideal for people who want it quiet and comfortable. The Room was bigger than most of the B&B we had before. For dinner several restaurants in walking distance(10 min). The breakfast flexible and with everything we wanted.

Excellent

Bit late writing the review but have not forgot our stay here. A lovely house and very comfortable. Superb breakfast with a great hostess. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks Anne, Marie & Dave.

A warm welcome

This was a return trip after four years for my friend and me, and Ann and Martin O'Connor welcomed us as family.  Comfortable accomodations, absolutely delicious breakfasts, and great recommendations for what to see and do.  In the evenings we played cards in front of the fire in the living room. Wouldn't ever want to stay anywhere else!

A home away from home!

Easy to park and no lugging my case up stairs because everything was on the ground floor. The welcome was very warm and when I got in my room I made another welcome discovery for my often creaky body - despite being prettily furnished it is well designed laid out for access for disabled, right down to an en suite wet room with shower.  It wasn't noticeable for anyone who is able bodied but for those who aren't it felt like absolute luxury (no asking for any concessions!) In the morning I asked our hostess and discovered that this extends to  all rooms (wow) and that there was an entry ramp and other welcome items. 

In 'normal' review considerations this was immaculately clean and had a great breakfast too.
