we have been to this hotel twice i dont understand why it has bad reviews because we had fun twice, the rooms are clean, the staff friendly and listen to the delicious dinner and the chef, saw the kids loved a dessert from the night before, he brought us some, without even asking. the pool is large and clean, and the lifeguard does his job very well, and is very attentive to children. the very kind cleaning lady asked me several times if we needed towels or anything else. would recommend it to everyone! היינו במלון הזה פעמיים אני לא מבין למה יש לו ביקורות רעות כי נהנינו פעמיים, החדרים נקיים, הצוות ידידותי ומקשיב ,ארוחת הערב טעימה מעוד מעוד ,והשף ,שראה שהילדים אהבו קינוח מהליליה הקודם, הוא הביא לנו כמה, אפילו בלי לשאול. הבריכה גדולה ונקייה, והמציל עושה את עבודתו טוב מאוד, וקשוב מאוד לילדים. המנקה החביבה מאוד שאלה אותי כמה פעמים אם אנחנו צריכים מגבות או כל דבר אחר. ממליצה על המלון הזה לכולם!
