A dirty, old hotel where no one cleans, dirty rooms full of dust, probably not cleaned for months, tiny toilets that are scary to walk into, smelly old towels and bedding, the staff is very rude, the food is tasteless, and it's very expensive for this horror.

Don't go near this hotel.

We had a nice size group of friends that came down to the Club Ramon Hotel for the weekend Included in the extended Shabbat were a couple of tiyulim and, because of the bad weather, an indoor talk about the area. The food was fair and repetitive but because we had such a nice size group, we really took over the hotel and the davening on Shabbat and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. 

Great friends weekend at a slightly below average place.

The hotel is medioker at best  in all aspects, rooms so so, cleaning hmmm, food basic.
However if it is a part of a package deal including desert tour and stargazing its definitely wortwhile.
Enjoy the surroundings Ramon crater, the wildlife,  the starry night  and dont expect too much of the hotel.... than you will be OK

OK with package deal-don't expect too much

our room was dirty with broken old bathroom closet, we complain to the hotel manager but he ridicule to us. the only thing that we can positive is the mattress. The company promised 4-star hotel but this is not an even 1-star hotel. the shower room is very small with the toilet in it and looked that nobody cleans it for many days, during our staying (3 days) nobody takes care our room. We recommend to find another hotel or sleep in a tent instead this hotel!

dirty Hotel

Due to floods all the roads to South Israel were closed, so it was necessary to stop in this village. This was the only hotel available,so we were forced to accept to pay about € 140 for a small, dirty, noisy room.
Also the receptionist was unfriendly and rude.
Any doubt, the worst hotel in my life !

We stayed at Club Ramon for 4 nights during Passover holiday, the food was an embarrassment. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned even one time throughout our whole stay. When I asked for them to clean the bathrooms, I got an eye roll in return and the sentence "that's a problem". Towels and sheets were worn thin. Everything in the room was falling apart. The manager told us in advance that there was a garden for our 96 year old grandmother to sit in, this was a big patch of dirt with a dilapidated swing in it. I have never been even in the most basic hostel that I don't want to be in the room even for 5 minutes. I will never return to this "hotel" and will never ever recommend it to anyone. If every other hotel in Mizpe Ramon is full- go camping before you choose this one!

Nice staff, but few words. Clean, spacious and quiet room. Spartan breakfast. Characteristic furnishings with hundreds of objects scattered in the hall and hanging on the walls (elevator included).

Okay, what's up?

In the course of a week of work, I was at this hotel. A five-story hotel in the residential part of Mitspe is close to the market and the hospital box office. Out of the positive points: 1- the cost of rooms (comparatively not expensive); 2. the spaciousness of rooms on the upper floors;. 3. the presence of a refrigerator and a teapot in the room;. 4. the desire of staff to please the guest.; 5. good breakfasts.. From the moments requiring refurbishment:. - despite the signs of repairs, the everywhere signs of underfunding.

Don't forget your bathrooms, the tour agent recalled. We found a sauna and even a Turkish hamam, and there are no laundry rooms. It turned out that you can undress in the lobby of the hotel or in the bathroom, and take a shower on the 5th floor, in your room. In each room there are even jacuzzi, only to be born unwashed and with garbage at the bottom. You will be met by the hotel with a draped plaster on the ceiling above the recipe.
