We stayed for one night and were upgraded to a small suite. The building is characterful. The room was large, quiet and comfortable with plenty of hot water and free wifi. Easy to walk and explore. Ram, the owner was lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed a cup of his fresh herb tea as we checked in. 

Parking is available. We were there on a working day. Between 4pm and 8am, parking was free. Otherwise, the hotel may be able to direct you to parking. 

I would definitely recommend staying here.

Characterful property in a quiet location

You cannot beat the location.
The host is also very nice and accommodating.
However, you should be aware that there is a parking problem. The hotel does not own any parkings and relies on street parking. I was told to park in a spot which apparently requires payments and I did not know that. For guests bringing cars, they should watch out for this. What bothers me is that the hotel did not advertise that the free parking they mention is free street parking which is not always available.

Great location, great host, but false advertising

Place was a little difficult to find as there is access by car and no signs for the hotel.
The host was warm and helpful and the room was beautiful and clean, we had the room with arched ceilings and an inviting Jacuzzi. a very cozy feeling. The place provides tea coffee and milk free of charge.

Hidden Mansion

Really nice place, it is tricky to find, but that can't be helped in the maze of Safeds tiny streets. Ram was great and really helpful, we had some very interesting chats with him. The room was also really nice, everything was clean and the ancient walls are restored to a very high standard. Definite recommendation!

Great place!

It was a bit difficult to find as there were no signs on the road but we found it eventually. We had to navigate the stairs with suitcases and a 2 year old but our rooms were woth it in the end. Both rooms were clean with beautiful arches, Jacuzzi and bathroom. We were met by Ram who was great and gave us a map so we knew where everything was. All in all a fantastic trip. Looking forward to going back.

Great little boutique hotel

Received a very warm welcome from Ram. Place was a little difficult to find as there is access by car and no signs for the hotel in Arlosorov Street where you can park the car. Becareful selecting where to park car red and yellow stripes on gutter are for public transport. Red and white stripes = no parking or standing. Blue and white stripes = pay for park which leaves no stripes just grey concrete = parking is free. Not man you of these are available. My room did not have the arched ceilings or the spa bath, I ended up with a smelly shower (sometimes to be expected in this part of town) and 1 brick wall..... no lovely stone work in my room. Bed was comfortable. To get your suitcase from the car to the room, you will need to navigate at least 20 stairs one way, or 10 stairs and a driveway / ramp if you can find the entrance to it. Highly recommending leaving luggage in car until you check in and get Ram to show you the easier route.
