צוות משפחתי. נענה לכל צורך. הצילו את חיי כאן למעשה לא פעם. עכשיו בתקופת המלחמה. ממש. ממש דוגמא מאתמול. היתקשתי לרדת למקלט בגלל תיק גב כבד. שממש הרס לי את הגב. מצאו לי במחסן שלהם מתקן גלגלים קטן כזה שעליו אני מניחה את התיק ויורדת בלי בעיה. זה הצלת חיים והצלת הגב שלי. יש כאן מבחר ענקי של אופציות. למעשה ביקרתי בכל החדרים ובכל האופציות. פשוט בגלל שהרגל שלי פגועה. נאלצתי להחליף חדרים עד לחדר הנוכחי שסגרתי לחודש. כי יש קפסולות שצריך לטפס או לרדת למטה לזחול ואין לי יכולת לבצע. עכשיו אני בחדר עם מיטה רגילה. מצעים נקיים. עובדת נקיון חרוצה במיוחד. מנהל מלון ובעל מלון וצוות חמים ונעימים במיוחד. יש כאן נוף לים כל המקום למעשה משקיף בענק לים וכולל מרפסת פתוחה לים ענקית. שם מיבשים כביסה. יש אפשרות לכביסה במקום מחזירים מקופלת מיובשת. כיף. נוצרות כאן חברויות אם אנשים מכל העולם פגשתי כאן מכל העולם החל מיפן. ארצות הבית. הודו. יוון. הונגריה. גרמניה. איטליה. מלא אנשים נחמדים ברמה. נשארנו בקשר. עברנו ביחד את חווית המלחמה. המקום בפני עצמו פשוט יפה. מלא צמחיה כמו בגונגל. מלא מנורות דקורציה מדהימה לדעתי. רואים שמי שעיצב ובעל המקום אניני טעם. אני בוודאות אחזור לכאן מרגישה כמו בבית. יש הנחה על אוכל בארומה. המקלט המיקלט הכי חזק בתל אביב ממש בירידה ישירה ומהירה. שלמעשה זה היה בכללה סיבה שהגעתי לכאן. אני תושבת נווה צדק בלי ממש בלי מקלט. וזה הנקודה הכי קריטית ברמת הביטחון. מקלט ענקי משוריין. לא אחד יש מלא מקלטים כאן לאורך כל קאויפמן. מרגישה בטוחה. תודה לאל ממש על זה. אווירה טובה. אם יש בעיה מתייחסים מידית למשל הקירור בחדר שלי הפך לחם. בשניות סידרו לי לקר. מלא רצון טוב. אוהבת אוהבת אוהבת את השהיה כאן. יש לי עוד מלא תמונות אלו משעות לפני הערב. ד"ר מרלין A truly caring and supportive team that meets every need, this place has quite literally saved my life more than once, especially during this time of war, and I truly mean that, just yesterday for example I struggled to get down to the shelter because of a heavy backpack that was seriously hurting my back and the staff immediately found a small wheeled cart in their storage so I could place my bag on it and go down easily which saved both my life and my back, there is a huge variety of accommodation options here and I personally visited many rooms because of my injured leg since I could not manage the capsule style beds that require climbing or crawling, the staff patiently helped me switch rooms until I found a suitable one which I have now booked for a full month and I am currently in a room with a regular bed, clean linens and exceptional housekeeping service, the hotel manager, owner and entire team are incredibly warm and kind, the place overlooks the sea with a large open terrace facing the ocean that is perfect for drying laundry and there is also a laundry service available where clothes are returned clean, dry and folded which is a real pleasure, you naturally form friendships here with people from all over the world as I have met guests from Japan, the United States, India, Greece, Hungary, Germany and Italy and more and we have stayed in touch while even sharing the experience of living through the war together, the place itself is simply beautiful filled with greenery almost like a jungle and decorated with stunning lighting and it is clear that the owner and designer have excellent taste, I will definitely return as I truly feel at home here, there is also a discount at Aroma for food and most importantly there is a very strong well protected shelter nearby with direct and quick access which was actually one of the main reasons I chose to stay here since I live in Neve Tzedek where there is practically no proper shelter and safety is the most critical factor, here there are multiple large reinforced shelters along Kaufmann Street and I feel safe thank God for that, the atmosphere is wonderful and if any issue arises it is handled immediately for example when the air conditioning in my room stopped working properly it was fixed within minutes and there is genuine goodwill here, I truly love staying here, Dr Merlin
