Great location, lovely setting with breathtaking views, impeccable cleanliness and all the details, fantastic breakfast, truly hospitable and available owners, recommended to stay in absolute peace.

Family stay

We spent two nights in peace in this place that dominates valleys and hills with spectacular views. Comfortable, neat and clean environments. You can feel the passion x the work and commitment put into building the house. Good and genuine breakfast with homemade sweets. Nice titles, available and courteous people. Wonderful garden, living room with breathtaking views. Only sin, a little difficult the dirt road x climbing up there x who doesn't have a suitable car.

It's a very nice place and carefully cared for in every detail. It's on a hill but it's easy to get to.

Relaxation and Tranquility

I stayed at the White Tree for two nights on the occasion of the bridge of 2 June with my companion. I tell you right away not to be frightened by the white road that leads to the structure, the journey is short and definitely worth it. The house is beautiful, with huge windows that give a breathtaking 360° view. It has a large outdoor garden where you can enjoy a wonderful view. Very comfortable and very clean rooms. One of the strengths is definitely the silence and peace that you live in this place.

It's perfect!

A breathtaking view of a living nature, a well-kept structure where you can breathe the air of old times in complete relaxation, a painful note a little too disconnected from important communication routes, a good level of hospitality.

Magnificent territories

We stayed in this B&B for 3 nights, both of us and our boxer! Yes because here they also accept dogs (as well educated!). The panorama is indescribable, just to see it regenerates. Simple room but at the same time equipped with everything necessary and the right size. In the large garden there is also a swimming pool for the beautiful season... The owners Patrizia and Marco are really two very good people, very kind and available. In the morning for breakfast there is a little of everything, even bread or cakes made at home by Patrizia... everything very good! The location is excellent because in a very short time you get to both Tuscany and Umbria. 10 km away from the terraces of Sanciano dei Bagni. Being immersed in the nature to get there must be a steady road about 1.5 km and then you can definitely get to the first floor of the car and then you can get to the first floor without any problems... but then you can get to the first floor and then you can get to the first floor and then you can get to the first floor and then you can get to the last floor with the tires made in the first floor and

It's just wonderful!

The house stands alone on a hill with a superb view of the surrounding area. The driveway is a bit adventurous over unpaved streets, for this it is very quiet. It has 5 rooms, all simple but purposefully furnished and with its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are very large. The covered pergola, the large garden and of course the pool contribute to having a very relaxing and quiet holiday here. The property couple is very friendly and helpful. We had rented the whole house for a week and enjoyed the stay very much.

Tuscany as in the picture book

We are coming back from this beautiful house where we spent a week of vacation with friends. The view is beautiful, a 360° panorama on a beautiful landscape! The reception was perfect, Marco and Patrizia are very kind, very hospitable and very good advice. They live right next door to the house, but we haven't seen them in the week, they are very discreet but they are available to advise us if necessary. The pool is beautiful, very well maintained by Marco who cleans it every morning even before we get up. It's a little cool but the temperatures in Italy allow you to enjoy the shopper! The first outdoors are a little bit cool, but it's the price to pay for the tranquility that e. We were equipped with 3 families of 16 children, and each of us has a beautiful home in the house, and thanks for having a very nice and beautiful home in the house, and we could have a very nice and perfectly spacious home in the evening.
