Nice and spacious stone and wooden house in front of the pool with a large garden and green lawn where you can play with the children as well as park your cars comfortably. The owners, Mr. Giovanni and Mrs. Carla great workers to whom we wish all the best but especially exquisite, gentle, cordial people, with a big heart so that they make you feel part of their family. Good breakfast and excellent dinner prepared by the knowledgeable hands of Mrs. Carla. Also present 2 very nice dogs besides the many animals of the farm. We will definitely be back. Superliated! Staying in an agriturismo in the sign of relaxation and nature... very nice cleaned apartments... many animals present... for staying in the summer there is also a nice swimming pool...

Relax and nature

We went to this farmhouse in Acquapendente overnight for 2 nights. Excellent choice! The owner Carla is super kind and cozy and the place is very nice and quiet. There are 3 different sized houses all immersed in nature with swimming pool view. There are also animals such as chickens, dogs, cats, ducks, geese and a deer. As for the kitchen, excellent! The lady leaves free choice on the menu and the food is delicious. Plus the dishes are super abundant!!

I think it's hard to find something so perfect: great care for every detail, from cleaning apartments to swimming pool, to the kitchen of the precious Mrs. Carla.

This is a perfect, unforgettable stay.

It is not easy to find a real family-run farmhouse, where you eat the produce of the garden nearby and drink a fine wine from the surrounding vineyard. Indeed, it seems quite impossible, when you see more and more often owners of so-called farmhouses coming out of the euro spine with huge packages of pasta... at km zero! Here it is not so: here breakfast is made with a donut prepared specially by Mrs. Carla, who in the morning asks you what you want for dinner: the proposals range from chicken, pork, in addition to the inexhaustible homemade noodles and the sweet potatoes of her garden. The accent is discreet and never invaded, the total availability of the small, three-dimensional eggs of great variation, can always be enjoyed: a great day of dust, perhaps a great object, and you can always enjoy a great place to stay outside the house.

Welcome to the real farmhouse!

It's a lovely place. The apartments, the independent houses are really nice, they're cozy and clean. The swimming pool is large and open. The surrounding landscape gives an incredible peace, it's a place to really relax. Our two medium-sized dogs were also super kindly welcomed, so I would say absolutely pet friendly. Another positive note is the breakfast, rich and genuine. Nearby there are a lot of excursion destinations that can be reached in just a few minutes by car. We were really excited and hopefully soon we can get back to where we wanted to be.

Perfect and super relaxing stay.

I stayed with my family for two days. The place is fantastic: well maintained, the house and the pool are very clean, absolute peace of mind. Carla and Giovanni are unique homeowners: kind, available and do everything to make you feel comfortable. It is a whole farm: they raise animals and grow vegetables, vegetables and excellent IGP potatoes, as well as produce a good lovely wine. The restaurant (which I suggest you try) is excellent, made with genuine raw material that comes directly from the farm. Finally, you can also use the barue made available to customers.

Authentic farmhouse

We stayed for two nights at the end of the year, the room was cozy, clean and well-heated. Mrs. Carla was kind and generous, in an exceptional way brought us breakfast directly to the room without being intrusive. We spent the New Year's Eve dinner with them in a newly built structure, the food was of good quality and the family atmosphere. The farmhouse is located in a very quiet but easily accessible area. They have a beautiful dog named Rolly and many cats but all very polite! Advice for those who want to stay relaxed and in touch with nature

Tranquility, confidentiality and friendliness

For the first time in my life, I felt the thrill of owning a country house with so much private pool (5x10 meters and 1.50) and well-maintained spaces, without having to lift a finger to keep nature cozy!! With friends we booked from 4 to 19 August, 2 of the 3 available housing units of that, which in my opinion, is literally a corner of paradise two steps from Rome!! A place where peace, quietness and privacy can be enjoyed by the owners!! The children's room is perfect for those looking for a full relaxation vacation, in which you can choose whether to give up the sweet doing nothing in total privacy or to do the trello to reach the simple and tasty sandwiches of the area, which in my opinion, is literally a corner of paradise two steps from Rome!! A place where the people of the city love to eat as much as they want, a place of peace and quietness as they need to eat in the most important areas of the city.

A country house with a private pool

We've been Morello's guests several times and I'd always come back, the houses are very cozy and clean, Carla and her family are charming, open-minded and hospitable people, and I highly recommend spending a few days in nature.
