We stayed 2 nights at Green House with a group of friends. 
The rooms downstairs with the stone bathroom are very damp and smelly – do not stay here.
The rooms upstairs with the terrace are smaller but nicer, as they have a nice view.
The beds are unfortunately very uncomfortable - some have springs pushing in your back while sleeping, and when our friend complained to the owner (or manager), he said that all beds were “new orthopedic beds”, which is definitely not true (I have read other reviews of customers complaining about this – but too late). Some beds were better than others, but generally if you look for a comfortable bed don’t stay here. 
The rooms are dusty – so if you suffer from asthma or dust-allergy don’t stay here.
The breakfast isn’t great – only machine coffee (you make your own pressing a button), not enough spoons, the croissants seemed fresh the first day only, the jam jar was almost empty and very few pieces of cold cuts and cheese.
The general feeling is that the place isn’t very clean and there’s a lack of attention to the guests.
Good points: there’s place to park the car, the location is good and there’s a nice view from the rooms with terrace. The owner/manager is a nice guy.

Nice location, nice rooms. Not very clean, uncomfortable beds and poor breakfast.
