For our seven nights stay, this place does not feel like a B&B, it was more like a home. For those of us who care for the style from older times, like our hosts do, the stay at Artemisia is a very nice experience. 
Other guests, but also family and friends, shows up at breakfast time some mornings.
It was a most friendly atmosphere. And the cleaning was exellent.

Great B&B! Great people!

Artemisia is an absolutely wonderful B&B!  We spent four nights in the blue room and had the best time conversing with the owners over breakfast each morning.  The breakfast was phenomenal!  Viviana and Gianenrico were the most welcoming hosts I have ever encountered. I want to go back already!  Oh, and it is so convenient to the train station and within walking distance of everything in Albenga.

Fab bnb in old town! Lovely decorations,.quiet room. We were in azzura. Great value for money too! Pretty antiques in the room, plus a common kitchen for guest use. Definitely will come back.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking for a place to stay and forget about the rest? We went over there on our way to French Riviera. Albenga is a surprise, beautiful village with lots of history.
This b&b is made in a old building, clean and well refurbished. The feeling you have staying is like to be at home, exactly what you are looking for whan you choose for this kind of accommodation instead of a classical hotel. The people working there are lovely. What about the breakfast... just try it - and be sure to have an empty stomach. The lady can make jams herself and she will tell you about many places to visit around.
I've been twice and I cannot wait to go back.
You can even try the little Osteria downstairs, moderate place, simple service but good and real local food.

It's like a dream

Very friendly, clean, delicious and generous breakfast, helpful and kind owners who took all time with us. They gave us good adresses for eating and visting. in the center of centro storico. We would like to return one day...

Best B&B we had this summerholiday

For several years we spent our holiday in B&B Artemisia. 
A bed & breakfast situated in the historical center of Albenga, in an ancient building on the 1st en 2nd floor.
Artemisia is a very beautiful B&B for spending your holiday.
The rooms are very cosy, furnished with style with a lot of attention for details and very clean.
We stayed most of the time in the room named the green room (la camera verde) on the 1st floor, a room styled with accents in a green color. The room has a double bed, a table with chair, a small cupboard, TV, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, wash stand, hairdryer. The green room is situated at the back of the building, it has a large window with in the windowsill beautiful plants with flowers; from the window you overlook a inner court.
On the 1st floor is also a little kitchen (for general use for the guests who stay on the 1st floor), where you can make coffee or tea, there is a refrigerator for general use.
On the 2nd floor is the breakfast room, also with very stylish furniture, also here a lot of attention for details, beautiful paintings and flowers.
The breakfast is excellent with a great choice for everyone, even the self made marmelade is great! 
A great compliment for the owner Viviana and her husband Gianrico. Both of them are very sympathetic, enthusiastic, thoughtful and caring. They give you a feeling that you are very welcome in Artemisia, it just feels like your second home abroad.
Try it yourself, we can recommend it to everyone!

Feeling at home abroad !

This is a very quaint B & B in Albenga.  Viviana was a delightful hostess, who served a nice breakfast.  The room was very comfortable.  The location is great as there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is a pedestrian only area and parking was not on location but was about 1/2block away.
