We stayed with Giulia for 9 days in August. We found a cozy, functional house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside, where in the evening, after a beautiful day at sea, we would have our dinners at sunset. The owner gave us all the useful directions for our vacation and was available for all our needs.

A paradise in the green

We stayed in August in this fantastic structure. The accommodation we were assigned was on the ground floor with a fabulous garden equipped with pergola with table and grille in mural, sink and everything necessary in case someone wanted to take advantage of them. Inside everything necessary, TV, dishes, dishwashers, beach accessories, and everything needed for a house (sponges, dishwashers, soap, etc). Air conditioning and mosquito beds, and outdoor beds.

Corner of Peace

We spent 11 nights in large apartment. The apartment is clean and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the bathroom (soap, hairdryer, towels,  sampoo). Umbrellas for the teracce gut you can also take them to the beach.  We found even toys for playing in the sand for our kid. Giulia is very nice host,  she recommended us suparmarkets nearby,  good parking places,  nice beaches and excellent restaurants. 
The house is very calm, however close to the motorway. You need definitely a car to go out, as there is no pedestrian way to Alghero from here. But you have nature and garden. The only thing I did not like that after raining there were some ants as "guests" in the house. But I think it is usual if you are in the nature.

Super hospitality

We spent one week at Nit i Dia in a large group of 9. We had the large apartment on the upper floor (for up to 6 people) as well as one of the apartments (for 4 people) below.
The house is in a secluded and peaceful location just outside the town of Alghero. As others have commented, you will need a car (or at least bikes) to visit the town and local beaches.
The apartments were very well equipped, and the balcony on the upper appartment was wonderful for sitting out for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
We were made to feel very welcome by the host, Guilia, who also provided us with some useful recommendations for good restaurants, beaches, etc. and was always available if we had any queries.
We would recommend this place to anyone who prefers a more secluded/peaceful location and has their own means of transport. We would like to come back although maybe next time not in August when the places we visited (mainly the town and beaches) were very full.

Nice place

We spent the Easter holidays at this fabulous property. We were greeted by the owner Giulia a really exceptional person who made herself available for anything we needed. The apartment is very well maintained with everything indispensable and very clean. Outside we caught a wonderful and spacious garden where our two children played non-stop; in addition there is a really very comfortable barbecue area. The property is five minutes' drive from the center of Alghero and is very close to many supermarkets. Despite its proximity to the city center, it is located in a very quiet and quiet area. Congratulations Giulia for what you have created so far. We do not see the need to return to Alghero to the new day market of the Nitilla.

It's wonderful.

We rented the apartment upstairs: the terrace of 100 square meters is beautiful, the apartment is spacious, super well equipped and ultra clean. There is everything you need to start the stay: vinegar oil, fresh drinks in the fridge, dishwashing liquid and laundry.: in short: super warm. The guesthouse is very nice: it showed us the most beautiful places to see in the area, including the terrace of a bar from where we saw the sunset on Alghero. Great stay at Gulia, thanks a Voi!

We were able to enjoy the apartment from the top, which consisted of a living room with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, including one with washing machine, 2 bedrooms + 1 reading room with convertible sofa. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace without screws. We were very well received, the host gave us several tips and good addresses, be it at the beaches and restaurants! Attention, the car seems essential to access this accommodation.

It's a lovely stay.

We spent 8 nights in this fantastic apartment (Tarde). When we arrived Giulia, the owner, very available and courteous, welcomed us. It is located in the immediate outskirts of Alghero, a few minutes from the center (it is indispensable but the car). The rooms and the kitchen are very spacious, as well as the exterior. Being on the ground floor and the basement, the 2 rooms and the bathroom, there are practically no windows or better there are basculant candlesticks. It is equipped with every comfort. To improve: the smell not quite pleasant inside the cabinet in the room and the drawers in the kitchen. Perfectly all the rest is ideal to spend a holiday in for relaxation and reserved!!! Ultra recommended.

Intimacy and Relaxation

We stayed a week in the Maiti apartment and it was quite a success. highly recommended for its tranquility and proximity to the city center. It is a complex with three apartments located about 3 km from the Alghero. Our apartment was very well equipped and with many details. Within 1 km there are three large supermarkets and a bakery where you can get everything you need. It is worth mentioning Giulia that from the first moment we booked until we left she was very attentive to us to facilitate our stay.
